As far as shell cases go, this Incase Textured Hardshell in Wolenex is not cheap. However, you get a really lovely case for the money.Unlike most shell cases, this one is protected in this denim-like material, pulled tight. This gives the laptop a more comfortable feel with no sharp, plastic edges to speak of. It really does make a world of difference from the generic black, white, blue, green etc straight-up plastic shells.My 16" MacBook Pro fit perfectly into this. The ports are exposed, a necessity of course, but something to be aware of. The fit and finish on mine has been excellent. The only downside I've found is that occasionally opening the laptop when in clamshell mode can result in the edge of the case lifting very slightly off the display portion of the case right where you grab to open. Nothing major, and generally avoidable.Overall, this is a great case. I was happy the second it went on, and weeks later I'm still thrilled with it.5 stars out of 5. Excellent.

Package label says 16" Macbook Pro, but clearly it does not fit with the M3 Pro Macbook Pro 2023, as depicted in the attached photo. Case looks like it's for an older / slimmer version of a Macbook Pro.The result of the replacement order is the same - "16 inch Macbook Pro" case does not fit the laptop.@Seller Maybe consider specifying within the product name or description if the case will fit for a M3 Pro Macbook 2023, so buyers and sellers are not inconvenienced with the returns / replacements.

Super easy to snap in place. I got a perfect fit with no loose hanging areas. It gives I nice feel with a good grip, so no chance of slipping out of hand. I think it gives a classy look. I only wish the apple logo would show through.

I must say I've had many, many hard covers on every Mac pro I've had. However, this one is by far the nicest. I worry about the clips, as they're so thin and I hope they hold up. However, the feel of the cover is so nice, and keeps it from slipping off surfaces because it's like a textured fabric. It's is extremely thin in profile, but protective. It's very expensive, but I think it's worth the price. I love it so far.UPDATE April 27, 2021:Okay, I do still like this case.It's a very thin profile, fits like a glove, and the texture keeps it from sliding around like crazy. HOWEVER, the teeny, tiny, almost non-existent black clips that keep it on the computer have started to break off. I've removed the case once, in fact that was today. The two black clips on the front bottom sides have completely broken off, leaving them very sharp and they scratch my wrists every single time I use my computer. They've even drawn blood a couple time. For 70 bucks, that shouldn't be happening. Overall, a 4 on this, but they really need to rethink this flaw for the price they charge.

I have been through 3 replacements of my original purchase. While my original purchase was under warranty for one year, the subsequent replacements were warrantied for 90 days. The product (in my case) failed precisely the same way every time, with the tabs splintering and breaking. The result was pieces of sharp plastic flaking off…and I believe causing damage to my MacBook monitor. I absolutely believe that this product is defective, though inCase reps denied that and said that they had received few reports of failure (almost impossible to believe given my 3/3 experience and other user complaints). InCase won’t be replacing my 3rd case, and they do not stand behind this product. Given their behaviour, I will never ever purchase a case (or anything) from them again. Placing someone’s 2K+ laptop at risk is not a company that I want to deal with any longer.

the felt material is nice, it looks great, though the fit is a little too tight for my 2019 macbook pro. the thing is, i bought two of these. the tabs fell apart within weeks of purchasing on both cases. do not buy this if you are looking for durability. if you use your laptop regularly for work or studying, this will not last you more than a month.
