Acme Zubaida Reclining Loveseat with USB Dock and Console in 2-Tone Gray Velvet

Is as pictured. Not difficult to assemble, once we located the center back, which was neatly hidden under the center section (had to turn it up to remove). My biggest complaint: ordered this, it showed shipped but had never actually left the warehouse. Had to cancel the order and reorder. That was a hassle and meant that it was not received when needed.

We wanted a rocker and a glider combined and that's what we got. The color was nice dark gray. The only problem we had was that on one side the glider was a little bent and it does not glide as SMOOTHLY as the other side...not something we can do anything about since the steel is too hard to bend but also not something that makes the purchase a regret. Fast delivery and comfortable.

Came in good condition in a box. Comfy, reclines pretty far back. I love the color. I do all around love it. Only one thing i dont like is the middle piece you connect to the console doesnt move. Be nice if it was connected to one of the chairs and would lay back. Shipping took forever. It says ships in 2 or 3 days after order. But it finally got here on april 2nd when i ordered it in the beginning of march. But overall it was worth the wait because im really happy with it

We love the furniture! Great quality, very comfortable!The trucking company used to deliver was absolutely horrible to deal with !!! We had 4 set delivery date . 2 out of the 4 I called trucking company and they promised it would absolutely be delivered that day . Told me it was an hour from my house . The next day I would call and then it was backtracked 3 hours from my house . The day it finally delivered I had to be in the phone 3 times that day to ensure it got delivered and not taken back . Once it was delivered the truck driver was rude and hard to deal with .you could tell he wasn't happy to be working late ( 4 pm ) .

The recliners do not go up automatically with a push of a button. But rather you have to pull a notch and then sometimes the whole seat goes back, hard to adjust. I like the color and the console is spacious

Honestly I love this set! Sturdy, comfy, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the color. This is a completely different color than what is shown. The listing shows a beautiful light gray with black stitches. This is a dark gray with white stitches. So if you are looking for that gorgeous light gray, do not order this. If you are like me and don’t mind the darker gray, get this set!

I would buy this again! I just hope I can find another just like it when this one eventually wears out. I love that you can glide independently and there is no weird gap on the leg rest while reclining

Update: It hasn't even been a year yet and both of the handle wires have snapped. The first one was a few months ago. I thought maybe I was pulling too hard or something. I started just sitting on the other side. Now that one is broken also. What's going on? I am not overweight or anything. I am a 60 year old woman and only weight 120 lbs. Very disappointed cause it is such a comfortable sofa. First time I ever bought new furniture online. Was a little antsy about it. Went great. Driver brought it right inside the house where I wanted it put. Pay the $20 to have it brought in. Its worth it. The box is huge! I put this together myself. I am a sixty year old woman who weighes 110 lbs. I cut open the box and slid it out of the cardboard on the bottom. The bottom piece is already put together. Thank god! Only took me half an hour to put the rest together and set it where I want it. Gonna buy the recliner chair next. Some people say the back console piece was missing. Its under the recliner. look carefully at the directions. Lift it up in the back and pull it out. Move it where you want it before you put it together. Its heavy.
