I have a V11 Absolute and it fits fine. The description and photos show a V12 so should be no problem.

No, you feed your charging cable into the stand and when hang the main unit it plugs in and charges.

Will this work with a Dyson V15 please?

Not sure what Dyson V15 looks like, but I do know the V8 and V10 fit the stand
