I'm happy with the comfort and quality of the couches themselves, but the packaging they were delivered in is horrible and cheaply done. Both boxes were crushed and one couch had clearly been dropped HARD. The support brackets underneath were crushed and bent and the back of the couch was punctured. I took delivery only because I didn't want to wait another few weeks for another set. I was able to tear the couch apart and reshape the brackets and repair the couch, but im disappointed.

The only thing I *don't* like about this recliner is that the console lid does not stay open on its own so if you need to get something out, you have to hold it open with one hand and feel around with the other.Seems like it would have been an easy enough design fix to make it so the lid could stay open.We moved and majorly downsized but we weren't interested in sacrificing the comfort we had found in our huge over sized sectional. This recliner did the trick.

It’s comfy and nice but when we put it together, there was a piece broken off and we had to figure it out. Luckily my husband is handy but he was not happy

This thing looks much better in person I just love the stitching on it. It's very comfortable and I love the fact that it has dual adjustable power features.They open up comfortable enough for you to just go to sleep for the night and with the adjustable headrest you can easily get comfortable completely laid out and still be able to watch TV.It's a nice added feature to also have dual USB connections so you're always going to have your phone or tablet nearby and fully charged.

This was a replacement for a Costco reclining loveseat that lasted a decade. Since this is a power recliner, it is not subject to any forces other than the resting of your legs on the foot raise. Yet it is so poorly constructed, the end of the foot raise cracked within a month of use. Not a big guy, 6'0" 200 pounds. It went right back.

It's so comfortable, love the way it looks leather but is not so it isn't sticky or cold. Only complaint, the wiring guide was no help at all, for someone who doesn't mess with that kind of stuff much, it could be kind of confusing. I had to stretch all the wires out to figure out one was just an extension. Other than that it's gorgeous and we are so happy to have it!!

One of the power recliners hangs up when closing often. Other wise we love it.

It works well but we had to return it because the couch recliner was broke and on back order. So we have to return both of them to be able to have a matching set. It’s been a hassle!
