Stylish, but runs small
Fabric is thin and light, feels barely there on the skin, made with fairly soft rayon with a bit of spandex for a durable stretch. Don't expect this thing to keep you warm, as it is much too thin to deal with actual cold weather. I ordered a 3x and it fits just right, but it is not a loose fit. I typically wear a dress size 20 or 22, so I tend to fall between an 18/20 sizing or a 22/24 sizing, depending on the whims of clothing manufacturers and designers. I would say eVogues's sizing is quite off, as I can't think of any clothing I have to wear a "3X" in, but according to their website they sell regular plus and then "junior" plus, so I'm guessing this is a "junior" item. I think with this brand it's best to ignore the 1x, 2x etc and go by their measurements that they include in the product info. I once ordered another shirt from this brand and got a 3x soley based on reviews and was dissapointed when it was too large, so I'm sticking to the measurements. Use a fabric ruler and take your measurements if you're not sure which size to order. However, in general, if you are a size 26 or above, you will probably find this does not fit you, despite the label of "3x". Minus one star for the sizing issues and plastic, flimsy buttons. The fabric is too thin and light for buttons that flop around and tug on it, so I'm concerned the button's threading will not hold long-term. However, everything is just fine as of now; nothing is falling apart but it's only been a week. STRONGLY recommend hand washing as the fabric is so thin and delicate, and you MUST lay flat to dry or you will stretch the fabric unevenly and deform the article. The tag says washing machine is OK, but definitely do NOT put it in the dryer. This may seem a bit high maintanence for some, so keep these points in mind when ordering. I personally really like mine and have been wearing it with a tank and jeans and am really enjoying the look.

NOT an attractive, quality garment by any stretch of the imagination!
This is one of my rare misses in online shopping. I paid attention to the reviews that said this runs small, and so I ordered BIG. The fit is NOT the problem. The problem is that this garment is just ugly. Sometimes one has to be blunt.The fabric is a very poor choice for a longline cardigan. It is very lightweight - that's my charitable way of saying so thin as to be almost sleazy. Given that it is a 'plus sized' garment, and designed to conceal certain sins (my behind, for example), I would hope for a fabric that has some substance and does not cling. This is NOT that fabric. This fabric is the opposite. It almost appears as if a committee sat down in a room and said, "Let's design a thin, clingy material that looks rather wrinkly, attracts lint, and builds up static, and then make clothes out of it!"The pockets are atrocious. They look cute in the picture, but in real life, they sag like a mistake a seventh-grader might make in Intro to Home Economics. With no body to the fabric, they just wilt limply on the front of the garment. Even the buttons are mediocre - they are plasticky-looking and have nothing in their tone to tie them to the color of the garment.I look at this cardigan and ask myself, "WHAT were you thinking?!" And then I remind myself that seasonal depression does strange things to me. It's too late to return it. Maybe Goodwill won't toss it.

pretty--tight
This is not a sweater so much as a shirt where you have to wear a tank under it is pretty much a stretchy t-shirt type material. Came wrinkled but a few minutes on a low dryer setting and it was fine to wear. Even before its time in the dryer this sweater was about as tight as you could have on me without it being too tight. Most things I wear a one x, usually a 2x is more than safe and roomy. In this case wishing I went with a three x. Sweater looks like pictured but fabric and overall quality is not anything to write home about. Nice, casual lightweight shirt/sweater.

It is a thin material and the buttons don't feel like they will stay on well
The size on this runs a little small, but it still fits well. It is a thin material and the buttons don't feel like they will stay on well, but they do. It's great for spring time, when temps are a little cool but warm up later in the day. The material is soft and airy, and the style drapes well. The front reached my upper thigh and the back reached the back of my knees.

Great gift for a teenage fashionista
The only reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5 was due to the sizing being a bit small. It is still wearable in the size ordered, but should have a bit more room to look well buttoned. The cut is flattering and stylish. My very discerning teenage daughter loves it! She will be wearing it open, which still looks pretty terrific. Being a knit jersey, the fabric falls just as it should. I would like to have one myself.

Not what I expected bit I can make it work
The fit is very snug but the fabric is very stretchy, not sure if it is meant to be tight or if the sizing is off. It is low cut when buttoned and the fabric is slightly transparent. You definitely need something underneath unless you like to show your goodies off. I thought it would be looser and I could wear it over other shirts with sleeves, this is not the case. I would however wear it as a shirt with a tank top underneath during warmer weather.

3x = XL
It's a cute shirt. Like most reviewers said, it is smaller than usual sizes. That being said, I bought a 3x. I normally wear an xl. It's fits how I'd like my xl to fit. It was a little longer than I expected. It hits about 3 inches above my knee in the front and below the knee in the back. I actually might wear it as dress with tights and boots.

beautiful material, cheap buttons
This is a really lovely cardigan. Very soft material, similar to modal. My only complaint (and the reason for 3 stars) is that the buttons are VERY cheap, flimsy plastic things that look metallic and are barely sewn on. I know I'll have to replace them at some point (lucky I sew), but it seems lame for the price. I usually wear a 12-14 and ordered a 3X, which fits perfectly.. so be sure to size up.
