Lion Brand Heartland Yarn (3-Pack) Mammoth Cave 136-125

Was very happy with this yarn.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this yarn gets to a place that it pulls out all tangled. Other than that this yarn is very soft and works up beautifully. Make sure you buy enough for your project at 1 time , because a lot of times they run out of that color. It is worth purchasing.

The yarn, though synthetic, feels andlooks like wool. In the knitted blanket I'm making, it's warm looking andfeeling. This yarn doesn't split much, which is nice. I've already had a request to do another 8n this lovely taupe color, " Mammouth Cave"

It is frustrating to spend more time unknotting yarn than working on crochet projects. This is becoming a "common" problem with the Lion Brand yarn I am ordering. Whatever happened to quality control?

It's the genuine article, but the color is off. It's got a green cast to it making it look khaki, when the description and the stuff I bought last year was more taupe.

Update: yarn is terrible! I purchased 6 balls and all balls continuously tangled. spent more time defanging than crocheting :(I wouldn’t purchase this yarn again
