I bought this nonstick pan half a year ago. It is still doing well, so seems durable with careful use (only silicon stencil and no sudden temperature change). However, I just realized it is made of aluminum, and could potentially harm your health (search the documents). Of course, there is nonstick coating above the aluminum, but what if the coating wore out or accidentally broke? I contacted their support team to ask if the material under the coating is stainless steel or aluminum. First, she seemed to keep avoiding a direct answer (just keep saying the coating last long bla bla). Then I said suppose it is my own mistake, the coating could still break right? I just want to know if the coating breaks a little bit, do I need to abandon it directly? Then she just sent me the information about their warranty.....I also asked some other questions. She just seemed like never understanding my question, and after four rounds of email I still did not get much useful information..Update 4/28/22:After several months their team contacted me and answered my question. . So I upsated the score.

I was surprised at the size and weight of this pan. I use it when cooking large quantities. This pan can easily take up 2 burners on my stove at the same time. I have had both front and back burners turned up and made some grub. This pan is super easy to clean, but I must say, it is heavy. The material and quality is definitely 100% and highly recommend anyone try Dalstrong .

Love this cookware. I would put it up against the high dollar stuff... this particular skillet is the perfect size and shape for my individual omelets, grilled sandwiches, pancakes (one good sized one at a time), etc. and I love it. Stays in place on the stove (it's a handsome skillet) and ready. I probably use this twice a day. If you cook over gas, the handle can get a bit warm from the heat updraft if you don't center over the burner well... but Love this cookware.

The media could not be loaded.  Have used only a wood spatula with it and it's been really good to me so far. Nothing even comes close to sticking.UPDATE: I still use the pan everyday. Customer service is far superior to any customer service I've ever come in contact with. Love this company and the pan

A really good quality frying pan, genuinely non-stick.Fairly heavy pan, so assist handle is essential. One point to watch out for - don't let your main handle hand slide too close to the attachment point on the pan, it can get very hot there.Warrior193.

I never heard of this company b4 and was reluctant buying a Sauté pan capable of cooking on I suction.This was my 3rd attempt, and it’s a gem, wipes clean very aasily.Since this purchase I have bought two more Products and saving to buy a 6 piece knife set

Loved this pan at first and please know that this was/is a go-to pan for many, many recipes. However after 1.5 years the nonstick coating is starting to wear thin and breakdown. I still love this pan and it works amazingly well with my induction stove but I had hoped I’d get a little more mileage. I’m very careful when cooking with nonstick pans - soft utensils, low heat, hand washing, but alas. Regardless, it is/was a great pan and I might not hesitate to purchase again - not certain. I bought it on sale and felt it was a great price at that point, however it’s now over $200 and yikes! Wait for a sale…

Great size and amazing for cooking food thoroughly, also easy and quick to clean. Only downside is that the handles get hot after cooking which is a flaw.
