Used it in a chicken thigh recipe I found in Real Simple Magazine. Had a hard time finding it except for Amazon. Not as spicy (hot) as expected but perfect for our taste, very interesting flavor. Liked the fact it comes from a family owned business in Ethiopia.

If you like Ethiopian cuisine, this is a must. Unique blend you cant find in normal spices. Quality seems high.
