It was perfect to description, sound, durability were good. I had to return it because of failed fingerprint scanner, couldn't remove it either to replace it, with the replacements sent with it.Or I would have kept it.

Hey, I've been a fan of Lanheim products and cases, we have owned many. This is the very first one I've been disappointed in. In fact, I loved their products so much, I didn't even read the reviews for this particular case. BIG MISTAKE!Simply put: I cannot get my S20's fingerprint reader to work through the case! No matter what I try! (It works perfectly without the case...I checked.)Additionally, the Face Recognition feature is unreliable thru the case. Sometimes it works, often it doesn't. Simply not reliable.For this firm and the price paid, I am very disappointed. Because I delayed in getting my phone and case mated and operational, I'm past the return window for this product.If use of the fingerprint reader is important to you, DO NOT GET THIS CASE.Jimp.s.: on my case, the volume works perfectly, the mics and speakers are LOUD and clear. I know other users are having problems with that, but mine simply doesn't have that problem.Again, if you buy this product -- install and test it immediately, don't delay!! If you're unhappy, return it ASAP!!

The case is water resistant and quite sturdy, but the part that covers the screen affects the touch-ability of the screen. The fingerprint reader should adhere to the screen in order to read your finger, but it pulls away from the surface, causing bubbles between the surface of the fingerprint sticker and the phone screen. I find I have to take my fi ger and apply pressure to stick it down on the screen before applying my finger to read the print. Edges of the screen don't always react to the touch and I often have to use extra pressure to get response.

When I first opened this I questioned the quality because the two pieces apart felt flimsy, but once I closed them around my phone any doubt was removed! The seal is VERY hard to break, so don't put the case on until you really need to. The touch screen is slightly delayed, as expected with a waterproof case, but the picture quality was not diminished, which was very important to me. Will get a lot of use at the lake this summer!

This Lanhiem case replaces one from a different manufacturer that broke after only a few months. The Lanhiem is lighter, thinner and more solid feeling with the two parts really 'locking' together to keep out dust and moisture. Installation is fast and simple. So far totally satisfied!! Gerald S

I used this brand/type of case for my old S8. It protected my phone from countless drops. I've only been using this updated version for a day, but so far, here is my feedback:1. Same durable coverage, I know my phone will be protected2. Tricky fingerprint scanner installation. You need to attach the sticky piece to the phone, insert into case, then press out any air bubbles. Took me 2 tries to get it right. Also had to add a second fingerprint with the case attached because it wouldn't read my first print.3. Typing text is a bit touchy. Some letters get missed, unless you're using the swipe option.4. A quick call to my mom showed that my voice was not muffled at all. This was an issue with a defective case for my last phone.5. Edge screen works well, even with the raised case.Overall, I'm happy. I'll play with the screen sensitivity to see if I can make the touch screen more sensitive. You can't beat the protection that this case offers.Update: it's been over 6 months with this case, I've dropped my phone numerous times, and not one scratch or messed up screen. I love it for how it protects my phone. Only complaint is that with the numerous times I've taken it off to clean the case, the fingerprint pad had gotten bad and I'm unsure on how to fix it. So now I just use face recognition. If you drop your phone a lot, this case will definitely protect it.

Not what I was expecting. The fingerprint reader won't work with this plastic cover, even if you follow the manufacturer's installation instructions. I ended up cutting a hole so the fingerprint reader could work. I do not recommend this S20 5G cover.
