Comfortable for long office days and last well
Bought the green Brazen Sentinel Elite chair in January 2022 while working from home.Having got through 3 cheaper chairs in the 2 years preceding this purchase, I was finding that the majority of "office" chairs either suffered from seat flattening resulting in no cushioning and major sciatica, or the seat covers ripped or split making them unsightly as well as uncomfortable.Having used this chair all day, every day, at least 8.5 hours every working day since buying it, as well as using it as a casual chair when guests come over (due to it its height and recline function it can be used to comfortably watch TV while others sit on the sofa) the foams are still as firm as when I first started using the chair and the only visible "wear" is where it has recently rubbed against the edge of my desk in the work office and the green piping has rubbed through slightly (though this in no way affects the usability or comfort in any way and does not look as unsightly or "ready for the skip" as other chairs as soon as they start to wear.Overall, I am VERY pleased with this chair and, although the price has increased since I purchased mine, it is still a VERY worthy contender for the comfort/durability at the current price.Hoping that it will last another few years yet (and looking at it have no reason to suspect otherwise). The quality of components and manufacturing is clear and the fact it is lasting so well speaks for itself.UPDATE September 2024Had a recent issue with one of the base legs partially snapping when I sat on the front of the chair instead of on it properly, resulting in the chair being wobbly and the leg eventually snapping off.No major issue when BraZen sell spare parts and for around £35 including free postage I managed to get another base within 3 working days rather than having to fork out for a brand new chair. The rest of the chair is still in the same condition as at the end of the earlier review and continues to be the best chair I’ve ever had.TOTALLY Recommend this chair.

Arrived within 36 hours, premium build quality and so comfortable!
I ordered this chair as I had owned my previous one for roughly 3 years and it was in need of a replacement. Came across the BraZen sentinel elite and loved the design and the colour options, and the reasonable price point. I ordered the chair late in the evening, and was advised I could be waiting a week for delivery, but it ended up arriving the morning after the following day, which was a real bonus! The chair was packaged well, to ensure it was adequately protected, and included really clear instructions which made putting the chair together a quick and painless process. After a couple days of usage all I can say is that the chair is everything I expected and more; the build quality is incredible, it's so comfortable and totally adjustable so its easy to find a seating position that you can spend hours in at a time. It's worth every penny and if you're on the fence you definitely won't be disappointed. A premium product from a premium brand at a great price! Cannot recommend more.

Overall a comfortable gaming chair.
The height of the seat is perfect - I have it up as high as it goes and it perfectly suits my 5ft 8ins height. It was fairly easy to assemble, the hardest part being putting the castors on without applying too much force to the frame. The only annoying feature is that I can't seem to fix the armrests in a stationary position as they move sideways if I apply any pressure when rising out of the chair. I also tried raising the armrests up a bit only to find they are then not as stable as they are when right down. I did think from the description that the armrests would be softer than they actually are, but overall I'm pleased with the chair. HOWEVER AFTER 6 MTHS my chair is continually dropping down to the lowest height. Frustrating after being such a good chair....

Good and comfortable product
A great chair, very comfortable and good tilt mechanism (I found it a little unclear in the product description if it did tilt back or not - it does, and there is a little lever by the back right of the seat to do this.It arrived promptly, well packaged for protection and was pretty easy to assemble (the only tricky bit is holding the arms in place to screw against the seat base, but a little patience and you’ll get it).Overall a great chair, and I’m happy to have bought British made rather than some of the slightly cheaper overseas products and help to support local businesses just a little bit more (just a personal thing)

Very solid, very comfortable, well made, easy to assemble.
Arrived promptly, in fact sooner than expected. An excellent chair for all of the reasons that my other chairs weren’t.

Good chair but unethical company
I bought this chair in the sale for £110. The chair arrived in a day or two and was easy to assemble, very comfy. (Don’t over tighten screws or it squeaks). Cannot fault the chair or quality. However I went to buy another one for my nephew and the price was up at £160. I messaged the company and explained the situation, and how just last week mine was £110 and is there any chance they would sell me another for the same price. I was told no, and that the price was only reduced to push sales and Amazon reviews to get their rating up. I was also told that despite the price increase it was a “good price” and I was told it would not be reduced again. However when you see the market of gaming chairs between £80-£120 range it’s not a good price at all. So after I was told no I searched for another chair and bought it for £99. Once this arrived I went onto Amazon and saw the original chair I have was back down to the £110. After just less than a week and a half. I found this to be pretty unethical to lie to a customer and was pretty disappointed that I was being offered to pay an extra £50 which was a “good price” for a chair which I was told wasn’t going back to sale price. But went back to that price after less than 2 weeks. Also the warranty that comes with the chair doesn’t exist. You type in the web address on the slip of paper and it doesn’t exist, so it needs fixed so currently my chair has no warranty, although it is supposed to come with 2 years I believe.
