This Tape is amazing. I had a pinhole leak on a copper central heating pipe joint in a very inaccessible place for resoldering. Even whilst the pipe was not dry, the tape could be used. The Tape stopped the pinhole leak immediately. The tape is rated to withstand 12 bar of pressure. A domestic c/h system is just 1-2 bar pressure. Very easy to use. Non-sticky to the hand/fingers but it fuses to itself. Instruction leaflet not in English but there is an official website in English with a good video guide - so no problem. They say it is suitable for permanent or temporary repairs. After three weeks - still holding absolutely firm and watertight. Very impressed and would definitely use again

I did a lot of research trying to find something to stop a small dripping leak from a plastic pipe at the bottom of our boiler. Initially I tried a couple of water-proof pastes but as the pipe was in an awkward position it was difficult applying them correctly and so the leak continued. However this tesa tape was easy to apply, stuck well and did the job perfectly. It will be my go-to product for similar leaks in future and I am happy to recommend it.

After a ‘professional’ spa repairman bodged some leaking pipes and fled the scene I used this tape to try and salvage the situation - and 12,500 litres of expensive warm water! At first appeared to not be working but after a while the leaks stopped. I’m unsure if this will be long-lasting but has saved the day. You do need to really stretch the stuff. It responds best if fully extended which seems to help with the bonding / amalgamation. I’d buy it again.

This is not a sticky tape. It is a self amalgamating tape. Sticks to itself when stretched. Very useful for stopping water leaks. Sailors use it On the open seas. Excellent.

Works ok if you are really careful in application, had a rip on the first attempt. My real issue is with removing the tape in the spring. It turns yellow with time which looks terrible on white uPVC and is almost impossible to remove. Tried sticker remover, alcohol and even acetone and had no luck.

Rubbish, it would not stick to the cable at all so let water enter the av light ruining the pump

Ideal for short and semi - long repairs I've had to wait for my local housing association to come out with a wait of over 8 weeks ended up being close to 3 months this tape held perfect the whole time with sink being used twice daily water flower through perfectly with no issues and a plus only a small amount was needed so got lots spare for future problems.

The product is good, but did not stop the leak that I had on my pipe. Once applied to the pipe, it looked like it had a perfect seal. I thought that it had an adhesive, but there was not any. I am not sure whether I got value for money with this product.
