Works in De'Longhi EC685.M
Does what it says in the tin, fits as for the normal ground coffee attachment. Tried it out as I had some ESE pods and I'd lost my original adaptor. Product works fine and is solidly in place (as you would expect from a De'Longhi product).Not a comment on the product but overall I wouldn't have bothered in hindsight. ESE pods just don't taste offer as good coffee as ground coffee.
