Toast Living USA Casa-Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser, Black

Really great diffuser. Had my first one for 4-5 years before I knocked it on the floor and it broke. Recently bought the same model to replace the one I broke and it's every bit as good as the old one. Use it every day during the winter season when the doors and windows are closed. If it weren't for my clumsiness, I'm sure the old one would still be going strong. Easy to clean, easy to operate. I do always use distilled water in it so the vibrating plate doesn't get gunked up with minerals from the tap water. The directions say not to do this, and that it needs the minerals to work properly. But it works great with distilled water, and I wonder if they tell you to use the tap water so that it will get a residue and stop working and then you'll have to buy another one? Don't know, but both the old one and the new one work great with distilled water and rarely need any cleaning. Bought one for my son as a gift. He loves it too and his works great too. Don't know what the negative reviews are about. This is a great diffuser.

Very quiet and works very well. Attractive and unassuming; small enough to fit onto a small side table with a table lamp. Just a few drops of essential oil is all you need to make the entire house smell nice.

The design of this unit is terrific. It has a porcelain top and a small footprint. It is the most attractive unit I have seen. It is the second diffuser I have used and this one was great. I used it every night and it would run about 3 hours. It would add scent to my whole bedroom and was super quiet.Sadly after 2 years of nightly use, it died. I took good care of it cleaning it regularly but it still died. I'm dissappointed as this was the best looking unit I have seen.I think for the price of this unit I would have expected it to last longer. I won't buy this again as it's too expensive to only last 2 years. I don't know why these small diffusers have such short lifespans.

Mine quit working after 18 months. I also think for as much as it cost it should last longer. From now on I will only buy cheapos since they all seem to be throw aways.
