Quality Product, Not the VERY Best, but still TOL
These vanilla beans were as quality. They smell Soo good, are plump & tasty, and just really cool to handle and inhale. I didn't want to wash hands afterward. I added 140 grams uncut to a one-liter bottle of vodka, see you in about 18 months. Fun super easy, not too expensive!

Great beans to make homemade vanilla
I have bought these several times to make my own vanilla. Beans are of good size and always appear fresh and fragrant. Add with some vodka and you get some great vanilla in about 6 months!

Used in my vanilla extract. So far so good the beans smelled amazing when I was slicing them. Seemed to be great quality, super fresh no mold.

Lower price point for making extract
I ordered this pack of Madagascar vanilla beans with the intent to make homemade vanilla extract. Based on the reviews, others have used these beans for the same purpose. The vacuum pack I received was not sealed well and the vacuum failed. If I was going bake with these, I would have returned them for food safety and freshness reasons but since these will be soaking in 80 proof vodka, I wasn't too worried. There were 26 skinny beans in the bag I received. The Amazon pictures looked like the beans would be plumper. The beans were somewhat soft but I didn't get much bean paste from the insides after slicing them open. The vanilla smell was not very strong either, could be because the vacuum seal was compromised. I plan to soak these in vodka for a few months so I don't know yet if they are going to yield good results or if I'll buy this brand again. Perhaps I got what I paid for since the price per weight was lower compared to other brands.

Fresh Vanilla Beans With Amazing Aroma
These vanilla beans smell incredible and feel fresh, soft, and easy to work with. The flavor and aroma are much richer compared to regular vanilla extract, making them great for baking, desserts, and homemade vanilla products. I also like that the beans are plump and contain plenty of vanilla seeds inside. Overall, a great quality set of vanilla beans that adds a more authentic flavor to recipes!
