Did the bottle and straws come in a package or box? Mine came in a zipper bag and I’m suspicious it’s not new.

I've ordered these many times, They have always come in a zippered pouch bag, with extra straws. Mine have always looked new and clean, ordered many times and will order again, works perfect for my special needs daughter.
