Great for long haired cats
I had almost given up. My cat has long fur with a THICK undercoat which I was not prepared to handle. I've tried a few different brushes, many marketed for thick undercoats, trying to get her coat under control but she either hated them, refusing to be brushed, or they didnt do anything. I wasn't expecting much from this brush tbh just looked like a metal comb i didnt think would do anything but wow it really worked! Her fur feels soft and looks great with no mats in sight. She also doesnt run away from this brush like she did others, its gentle enough that shes willing to put up with it while aggressive enough to really make a difference. Seemed expensive but worth every penny. Quality construction, should last a lifetime. All cats are different but if your in a similar situation i would 100% suggest giving this one a try

Expensive but really nice
This is an expensive comb and looks and feels like it. I have another CC dog comb and it has lasted for years, so I trust the brand. This one is ideal for my Papillon.

The Best Comb, Period.
This is the famous "butter comb," and it absolutely lives up to the hype. It glides through my dog's coat like butter, finding tangles I didn't even know were there. The build quality is exceptional; it's solid, perfectly weighted, and the teeth are smooth so they don't snag or pull. It's expensive for a comb, but it's a professional-grade tool that's worth every penny for keeping a coat in perfect condition.

My cats love it
My (Siberian) cats are very patient with this comb. It must me more comfortable going through the layers of hair than other combs. The male gets blissed out he likes it so much. Comb seems well-made so hopefully it will retain its attraction for them.

best pet comb ever!!!
got this for my senior cat who can’t groom herself properly anymore and she loves it! it worked great to get out some mats that were starting to form without causing her distress. unexpectedly it also works great for my shiba! he is really sensitive and hates being combed so even though i have a number of brushes and combs that work really well to get his fur off when he’s blowing his coat, some of which out perform this comb in terms of hair removal efficiency, this is now my go to because it’s the only one he tolerates without constant rewards. with other combs i have to hold a treat in one hand and brush him with the other, but with this one i can just reward him once or twice for a good brushing.

Great for grooming! It’s like having two combs in one.
We have an eleven month old Shih Tzu that weighs ten pounds and has a very thick coat. The large comb works great on her thick coat and the small comb is perfect for her little face and delicate areas. It’s like having two combs in one and I use them all. I would definitely recommend. They’re expensive but work very well and should last for years.

Well made
I got a mini doodle earlier this year. I brush him every day. After his first grooming, she said i was doing OK with brushing, but I should get a greyhound style comb to comb him after brushing. Since I used to have Labs, which required very little grooming, I was totally clueless about needing to comb him also. So I looked on here and found this greyhound comb (I still don't know what that means... maybe the long slender shape of the comb?) made by an apparently trusted and well known grooming tool guy. It was way more than I wanted to pay for a dog comb, but....only the best for my little guy!!! I love this comb. It is very well made, no sharp edges. Solid. Wont ever break. Well worth the price. I also bought a new slicker brush by the same company and it's way better than the cheaper one that i had gotten from a local pet store. I guess in some cases, you do get what you pay for, and I'm very happy I paid the extra money for this. I feel like this comb will last forever.

Coating peels off!
This comb looks and feels well built! It’s easy to use and my cat enjoys it. However on the second or third day, I noticed the coating cracks at the base of the teeth where it meets the spine. I didn’t drop or scratch it and I’m not too sure if it came in like this. For items at this price point, I can’t accept the quality standard and for that reason I’m returning the order.
