Recently painted our kitchen and fitted these tiles along with vinyl on worktops.They look just like the real thing.Very sticky and easy to fit

They were rubbish.

Easy, great look - stains
this was very easy to put on and the look was great, However this stains and does not come off due to the type of silicone material. it absorbs oils. Especially if you are cooking with spices.
