My air conditioner drain bucket is now mosquito proof!
I have an old house with a window AC unit in the brick carport wall. To avoid dripping water all over the carport I have a five gallon standard Home Depot bucket I fitted with a drain tube that goes to the yard. But mosquitoes were always in it. Now they try but they can't get in! I will get extras for my husband's other bucket soaking garden projects. This will be cheaper than a pile of dunks.

Honey Harvest
Great tool for straining honey from its comb. I plan to crush the comb, put it straight into this strainer over a 5 gallon bucket, put the lid on the top (to keep bees and other crud out) while the sun and gravity does the rest. Simply way to handle a honey crop! Well designed. I bought 400 and 600 micron mesh. They nest inside each other, so I can strain honey from 600 to 400 in one bucket. Plastic mesh is sealed well to ring. Should hold the weight of 3-4 full honeycombs well.

Works great for straining honey.

Great for raw honey.
I'm using these to filter my honey, and they work great. They have a larger capacity, so you can filter the honey at a faster rate, but they will clog, so don't leave it unattended. They are durable and seem like they will last a while.
