The bottom strap of the 5 point harness is not adjustable and is too close to the seat back of the stroller
The bottom strap of the 5 point harness is not adjustable and is too close to the seat back of the stroller causing the strap to cut into my son's inner thighs and private area :( I loved everything else about this stroller and am so disappointed that the bottom strap is not adjustable like the shoulder straps are

Ok for a small stroller.
Really hard to fold and lock especially when arm rest is attached. Not sure about the arm rest. It bends in a few different places which is useless. The handles are a bit flimsy when trying to maneuver. The brake only worked on one side. Had to mess with cable to get other side to lock.

Okay, but not without issues.
I like my Zooper Twist Smart, but I find that it has quite a few downfalls as well. While I love the large basket underneath, it is impossible to use when the seat is reclined even a tiny bit. With a 2 month old, the seat is always reclined, so I cannot carry anything along with us. There is an awesome large storage pocket on the back of the hood, but the zipper broke completely the very first time I used it, and now it cannot attach to the hood. I like how the Twist Smart folds up small and is lightweight, but it is also hard to open and close while holding a baby. The locking clip is too small to close without a fight, so I usually just throw the stroller in my minivan unlocked and partially open. The straps are pretty hard to use and adjust, and very uncomfortable looking. The back is well padded and comfy for even tiny babies, but the strap covers are too big and stiff. The head rest is about 6 inches higher than my baby's head. On a more positive note, the stroller hood is awesome, and easily covers my baby from the sun, rain, and bugs. The stroller handles well, and is easy to push. Overall, I enjoy my Twist Smart, but I'm really wondering if it is worth the high cost.
