Peeper Keepers Braided Leather Cord Eyeglass and Sunglass Retainer / Strap, Black (2 Pack)

My senior Dad never loses his glasses now. He thinks he's cool wearing these leashes. I think it's cool that he doesn't ask me 1,000 times a day where his glasses are. And even if he does, all I have to do is point to them hanging around his neck. They are secure and look nice.

Nice product. Stays tightly on glasses, but comes apart if glasses get caught on something so that you do not get strangled. Easy to put back together. Leather is a little stiff, but works great. Product exactly as described.

I bought these after two years, maybe three years, of miserable experience with eye glass cords. I'm 72.5, as my granddaughters like to say. And I take my glasses off to read and work, putting them on to drive and to gawk at pretty girls, or architecturally interesting buildings. You can imagine what happens when the cord breaks. I put the glasses down, and search around. I feel terribly uncomfortable. After four pairs of $1 eye glass cords at the Dollar Store (which had enough gaudy stuff to make me attractive to both sexes), and after CVS failed to carry eye glass cords, I resorted to the company which has everything, Amazon. I bought these Peepers Keepers. I like them. The braiding is a little stiff, and the cord does not flop nicely,,,,but hey..they look good, and no guys have tried to pick me up. Nor, in fact, have I gotted 'joshed' and 'razzed' by my high school friends, with whom I have lunch. How good is that. And .. I really like them.

I had bought a nice silver chain eye glass holder but found it to be a little noisy. I know that is picky, but I like this braided leather one better. It is a little stiff, I'm hoping that with use it will become softer.

Peeper Keepers eyeglasses cord is the best I have used and I have used similar cords for many years. They are braided leather and a little longer than the others I have used. They are also a bit thinner than my others. I have the black ones to match my new eyeglasses. the fasteners go onto the glasses easily and they rubber fasteners stay put.The Peeper Keepers come out of the packaging with a few bends in the cord, but those are not permanent and disappear quickly. I kneaded the leather a little bit and that straightened out the cord and made it more pliable. I really like the Peeper Keepers. They come in sets of two. At least mine did. Five stars for sure.

Can you help me please? One of the chords’ grips was unattached. Can I return it to get it replaced please? I wonder if this will happen with the other grips. Can I take the chord to a UPS store? Please advise. Thanks!

It's not easy finding a masculine looking eye glasses cord. I love my black braided leather cords. The two pack is nice because I keep one on my prescription glasses and the other on my reading glasses when I'm wearing my contacts. While I think the brown or black braided leather cords would look just as good on a woman as on a man, any color of chain type cord just doesn't do it for me. Product arrived very quickly, and do exactly what they're intended for. I'd been perching my glasses on my head, but they'd get bumped off or simply ship backwards. This solves the problem, and keeps them out of harm's way.They're long enough to let the glasses hang down to chest level, a 'shortcoming' of shorter designs. Plus, they don't look dainty, which for a guy, is a definite plus!
