A very good product, and easy to use. Much better than anticipated. Your catch will be dependent on your bait and location. Just remember that this isn't commercial grade, don't throw against rocky shoes, but it can be lowered gently against them just fine.

I seldom post reviews for products purchased. However it is important to realize what a great quality trap this is if you are interested catching Blue Claw crabs. Living in Florida I wanted a trap that is both durable and 100% legal. This is it! The quality of the vinyl wire is excellent, there are three escape holes which is required by state law in Florida. (although the description says there are only two)I purchased six traps and frankly was so impressed with the quality, I purchased six more.Believe me, you can't go wrong with this trap for both design and quality! AND OF COURSE THE COST!

Works well.

Left it out 2 days and hauled in 7 keeper crabs. Plan to order a second one come spring. Really like the wire coating and ease of putting bait in pocket and removing the crabs. Well designed and made.

I ordered 2 as a gift and both were bent out of shape when they arrived. Obviously not great for a gift to be damaged on arrival. (Or anything for that matter) Haven't deployed them yet so well see how they perform.

Crab trap is of very nice quality and design. Excellent for catching crabs. 5 stars for design and functionality. But, I gave it 3 stars overall due to the price. After Shipping cost I paid just over $66, I found the exact same crab trap at Walmart today for $23. Shame on me for not shopping around. But overall I have a great trap that will last me a long time.

Great little trap. We managed to catch around a dozen in this trap this past weekend, our first attempt with it. Will be buying a few more!
