Pro-Tec Street Knee Pads [Medium] Retro Red/Blue/Yellow

I'm sad. I love these in every way except their longevity. Very comfortable, cute colors, slim profile, good protection for street and park skating (but I wouldn't use them for derby).The problem is that the design puts a seam right at a rivet so mine split at the seam after just a couple falls. :(

These look cool, and maybe they would work for a beginner skateboarder, but I fall on my knees all the time and these started to rip after 2 WEEKS. I bought 187 Killer Knee Pad Pros shortly after, and those lasted me MONTHS and still counting.
