Nice texture. Can't tell when they are wet. Great for boating.
I went kayaking with these socks under my water shoes. In the process of getting in my boat sloshed around up to my ankles in cool water. Usually my feet are cold for a few minutes after getting in the boat but today my feet felt fine and just my ankles were a little chilly. I think had I not gone up to my ankles in the water I may not have known I was in water to begin with. The wet socks did not feel wet to my foot and my feet felt comfy the entire time. There was a little bit of prune toes when I took the socks off after my paddle, less than normal, and my feet didn't ache so much. I was impressed by how little water there was to squeeze out when I removed them, and putting them back on damp didn't feel much different from dry socks. These washed up well on a normal cycle and would probably dry fine but I'm going to opt for line drying. I'll probably hand wash them more than machine wash as well.

These socks never smell
These are the most perfect hiking socks. I only bought one pair and wore them several days and they never got smelly. Will get another pair.

running sock
Was advised by a podiatrist to get rid of all my cotton socks for running. I tried a few different polypropylene and wool socks. These were one of my favorites, comfortable and kept my feet dry.

Not good for sweaty feet
Got for my daughter for soccer because she gets blisters from her feet sweating so much. When she took these off her feet’s looked like raisins. Did not pull away moisture.

the material is great, I can see wearing a pair of these in the winter under neath my regular sock for warmth.

Buy a larger size than you think you need to prevent toe compression.
I use these socks with my training swim fins to prevent blistering. They fit snugly and are low profile. They are fine for what I use them for, but I think that if you were weight-bearing in shoes, then a larger size should be ordered so that there is plenty of room for your toes.
