It was not hard to assemble, just time consuming. However, it being so sturdy, it was worth the time. It’s very comfortable. I love that has the two cup racks attached to each end and has a zip-up case to put over it for bad weather! That was a bonus surprise!

1. Bolts and washers all loose in bag.2. Missing a washer.3. Missing two bolt holes in frame, husband had to drill them.4. Dent in top rail.But I spent over two hours reading today...it's really a nice swing! My daughter wants one now...maybe I'll surprise her!!

Took considerable time and effort to assemble. Although, instructions were fairly good. Quality appears good but I worry about future rust control. Would have preferred side trays not of plastic, and flimsy at that, but of metal—aluminum would be good.Will know better after a summer and a winter if this one is a winner.

Its the perfect back yard swing. Well built and comfortable. Not hard to assemble. One of the legs was damaged in the shipment but was quickly replaced when company was informed...for no cost to me. Great customer service.

We bought this to replace a flimsy swing bought on sale at Walmart. We have been impressed with the sturdy structure and comfort. Much higher quality than our previous swing. We love the side tables that pop out to hold drinks, and the cushions are thick and soft, with Velcro attachments. Our only complaint is that the canopy is a bit difficult to put back on after removing it during high winds.

We purchased this and the canopy tore. We are willing to buy another one and yet customer service continues to tell us they'll, "check stock and update the website." It would be a great product, but the canopy didn't hold up (common) but the lack of stock to replace it and the overall customer service make me with I had purchased a different swing. The swing itself is nice quality and sturdy.

The steel frame is sturdy and fairly easy to assemble but gadzooks the canopy design is unreal. One person cannot install it. It isn’t secure after tightening the knobs. Slight breeze will tilt the canopy and if the breeze changes direction it will tilt in the opposite direction. The fabric of the canopy is paper thin and doesn’t fit the frame it’s on. OH WELL!!!!!!!!!!

We looked all over and decided on this one and we are very happy with it. It's is extremely sturdy, very comfortable and looks so nice on our deck. We love the side trays and go up and down and hold our coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. In addition, the service provided by the company is exceptional. You will not be disappointed with this swing.
