If you wear glasses when the stem contacts hearing device you get very loud feedback. I wear my glasses to watch TV and I need to have them on crooked so as to not to touch the aid. Other than that the device is very good as it compares well in sound quality to my hearing aids, that I lost, which cost $4,000! I would recommend you buy this aid rather than get ripped off buying traditional hearing aids. THE EXPENSIVE AIDS ALSO HAVE FEEDBACK ISSUES. This aid has many of the same benefits as the hearing aids have for a tenth the cost.

First product sent developed a problem, but the customer support was awesome and expedited a replacement which is working great! This was a level of customer support I don't see much of anymore. Very happy I chose this product.

Company won't fix or stand behind product

Works well for moderate hearing loss. After a month though some issues. Stops working for a bit. Is there a good way to clean if wearing while working sweating etc? Can you use alcohol pads to clean. Would love to have extra silicone pieces. Overall great device for the price.

I had difficulty installing the left ear tube, but the company was easy to work with in finding a solution. Normally I would have just returned the product, but I liked the right ear hearing device so much, I wanted the left ear device. I am a tiny woman and this device is small enough to not be seen easily.
