Q: my window width is exactly 46" wide. will a 46" wide blind work if inside mounted?

Hi, this shade is not available to cut. There is no need for you to cut the length. You only need to control the height at 22 inches. And the excess fabric will be at the bottom rail. And the color will be deeper than open. Hope this helps
