Well, i think Frisafran, is well worth the small amount of cash it costs you, for the Possible benefits you could get back from taking it......I take it for my circulation in my legs and feet I have been taking all sorts of Supplyments over the years, nothing has a touch on this ginger.I take a good table spoonful everyday in lemonade, I think lemonade is better......Would highly Recommend this ginger.Roddie from Sussex............

Do your homework as being a powder its not as convenient as popping a couple of capsules in your mouth so you will want to know what to add to such as drinks or food. I find im just adding to some fruit juice and stirring, although there. may be better drinks for ingesting. Time will tell if i buy again due to being powder, although i believe this is a quality product and worth buying.

I use it as a tea Just 1/2 tea spon or less in a big mug off hot water if you like quiet strong , I like it that way , You can reduce the quantity to your own taste of course .The benefits :relieving nausea , inflamation, heps in weight loss, antoxidant , may lower blood sugars.You can google it to see for yourself the benefits of the Organic Ginger powder .Very Tasty and Flavour
