I followed their instructions and blinds arrived in perfect condition. They fit perfectly too!

Easy enough to install, looks good over all and let's the amount of light into my basement room which is what I was looking for. The roller bar at the bottom had a flaw (a bur on the inside) on it which I noticed when I had it installed and was rolling it down and could hear it scratching the fabric. I was able to file the bur off but unfortunately not before it damaged the material slightly. It's not super noticeable and I've been without a shade since I repainted and ordered this one so instead of sending it back and not having one again, I'll just keep it. Thought it was worth a mention however as when looking for a shade, I did see one bad review of this one and now I'm wondering if the damage in that review was similar to this issue.

These blinds are light-filtering blinds, which is exactly what I wanted. Not room darkening, if that's what you're hoping. I get a lot of direct sun in the winter through the windows by my makeshift home office (aka. the kitchen booth) and these provide just enough protection so the sun doesn't cause me any glare/problems but also keeps the space nice and bright (I didn't want to feel like I was in a cave). Perfect balance for my needs.Installation was very simple, the instructions are well written and it only took a couple minutes to get in place. I used a laser level to make sure all 3 brackets were in a straight line and screwed directly into the wood header above the windows with my own self-tapping wood screws to make it even easier for myself. But it does come with phillips head screws and drywall anchors if you choose to use them. The top header of the blind simply snaps into the wall brackets and you cannot see the wall brackets AT ALL when the blinds are up. And you can slide the header from side to side once it's in the brackets, so you can very easily get it perfectly centered on your window(s).The mechanism to raise and lower the blinds works SO WELL. A very light guiding touch on the bottom rail to raise or lower the blinds works like a dream. Much better than I thought they'd work.I opted to do one large blind instead of 2 since people had trouble with having the "zebra" pattern line up with multiple blinds. Very happy with my decision.When you have the blinds set to "privacy" (making sure none of the sheer lines are showing) then you cannot see into or out of the room at night. You can see slight shadows but it does very well as a privacy blind. The color is a true bright white.Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it! And it was half the price of all the other zebra blinds I saw for the size I needed. Great buy!

Product is nice but the installation screws are very bed in quality it needs to be improved.

I usually don't write reviews although I rely heavily on them for making a purchase. However, I was so overjoyed with this purchase, that I had to let you know that you will be thoroughly happy once you see them in person. They absolutely transform the room. I purchased a new home so I purchased enough for the entire house. The installer fumbled around trying to figure it out on the first one, but all the rest went in very quickly. I'm very pleased with them.
