I am not a good judge
I had double knee surgery in Feb so I honestly cannot say that there is improvement SO I could only be fair and leave it to those receive improvement

Fabulous
I have been using vital 3 since 2016 after my knee gave way. It is honestly the best thing I have taken, and I am now running up and down stairs again. Taking it for one week then saying it's no good is a mistake you have to be taking it for a few months to notice the difference. The only downside is the cost of having to buy from America and the tax I have to pay on it. But it does the job and is worth it.
