This is the most amazing bike ever. fast, climbs great real good looker. However it is too big really tall. I can't ride it because i can't touch the ground. I'm 5'7" my inseam is 28 ". top rail is 33" top of seat 35 "all the way down. My add said for 5'4 to 6'5 so be aware. Getting on I have to glide on one pedal swing my leg over the seat that's not bad but dismount is really hard. I'm stuck with mine you will be too unless you are 6'2 minimum. Friends of mine in that height range have no problem.

packing was terrible battery scratched laying loose on sprocket and brake cable out of adjuster sleeve. first ride tire tub stop bike cold - tub not seated on rim and popped out. Now you say why five stars. well customer service. they did not have to help because I built many road bikes in past but they were on quick with email to help. Next the bike is a tank and a marvel of technology. Some parts not so great but I did not spend $3000. It is a joy to ride this tank. I am not mogul jumper but old guy who can just barely hold up this 60 pound plus bike. when i stop being busy i will ride hundreds of miles HINT: bike frame 20 inches tires 4 inch not your usual 26 inch bike more like 29 to 30. update 10/15/2020. Shifter did not work and was promised a replacement "NEVER HAPPENED".update took over a month but replacement part showed up gave back one star

THE worst Amazon and seller interaction I have had to date and I do most of my internet shopping here! This bike came with a battery that had the warranty sticker peeled back and it was all scratched up, definitely used or refurbished. It also goes not stay in the bile when riding it! Unfortunately this is the only thing on this bike of value, the rear of the bike is poor quality. Also please not that if you try to return it, Amazon will immediately return a message saying it is ineligible for return. I am sitting on the 6th call to Amazon customer service as we speak, hours of time on calls and still no resolution. Amazon says they are a third party reseller and they are “trying” to resolve the problem. I will also confirm the Seller is useless, just like the other bad reviews state. This is my recommendation and opinion based on my experience. Buy elsewhere, run!

Great bike but doesn't go as fast as advertised

Comes a little ruff. Put a 100 into it. Customer service is horrible. Fun to ride. At 170 I am heavy seat stripped out. Front shocks bottom. My next replacement.

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE THE COMPANY DON’T CARE -Bike came completely scratched it is extremely noise and not sturdy at all, the breaks are making weird squiky noises ...not worth all that money
