Works itself loose during mowing
Bought this to replace a previous cap where the tether broke. The old cap was a better fit as this new one works itself loose during mowing. It just about does the job but no more.

The design has changed but the suppliers sorted the problem
I recently bought this replacement fuel cap on Amazon but the suppliers were in fact autoculture.co.uk. The cap didn’t really fit properly, so I called autoculture, who were superbly helpful. Thanks to them, I ended up with a new petrol tank, at Briggs and Stratton’s cost, because their new cap (a replacement design) doesn’t fit their old tank properly.

Fits B & S engine oil fill hole perfectly. Cannot beat the price.
I purchased it hoping it would fit a Tecumseh oil fill hole. No luck. That oil fill hole is a larger hole then the B & S. I did need one for a B & S engine and it fit that hole perfectly. It would have been really helpful had the supplier stated the thread pitch and diameter of this plug.

Fit my Southern States rotor tiller
I had a squirrel eat my Southern States Rotor 800 series tiller gas cap. I couldn't find a proper gas cap and the one I did find was $46!! I order this cap -- it fit and works well.
