All the buttons work! I was a bit skeptical because of the price but I mean it when I say great item with a great price! Easy plug in to the ps2 so far no issues at all!

Works perfectly with my PS2. Feels nearly identical to the OEM controllers. Buttons work well and aren’t “clicky,” joysticks are smooth, it isn’t noisy, and doesn’t feel cheap. Good value for the money.

Great remote, have ordered a good amount of knockoff remotes probably around 6 in my lifetime and this is by far the best one I’ve used, most of the time it’s a problem with the analogs with knockoff controllers or the buttons being unresponsive but this is a great remote especially for the price if u gotta ps2 lying around with a bad remote or with none at all u should definitely consider getting this before paying for a new Sony one.

Controller works great and feels exactly like the original. However, the chord is extremely short, probably only about 5 feet or so & can't lean back into my couch.

Controller does an amazing job. Not to mention the price is extremely reasonable. Looks fantastic and everything works as it should. I would totally buy again!

My originals died and i bought a replacement last year but it felt cheap and bad fitting. After a little time the L2 button worked intermittently. Put in storage for summer and got out last month and still worked like garbage. I purchased the Cipon controller due to reviews. They were right. It feels real good and solid. No play in buttons, they are tight and solid. After this review i’m getting another so i can play twisted metal 2 with my grandson. The connector end felt tight but it should be. Very impressed. Finally a quality product to write about. Well done Cipon!

The controller feels solid and appears to be made of decent materials. Does not seem cheaply made or anything like that. Works fine for 95% of the time, but for some reason the left joystick will randomly stop sending signal to the PS2 until you release it back to center and try again. Such as to say, if you are playing a 3rd person shooter, and you are running, your character will suddenly stop moving, and it will take you a couple seconds to figure out that you need to "retry" the joystick (probably allowing you to get shot to death). Or if you are playing GTA, your car will suddenly stop turning and it will move straight (probably into a wall). Seems to happen only when pointing the joystick toward the 10-11 o'clock position. This issue is moderately annoying and makes it difficult to play. When it happens, you are instantly pulled out of the gaming experience. I played for about 1 hour and it happened about 5 times. If I was playing games with the kind of intensity I used to when I was a little kid, I probably would have thrown the controller across the room and shrieked until my mom took the games away. But I am adult now, so I just kick the dog instead (chill out, that was a joke). All this in mind, I do not know if this is a common issue with these controllers, or if I simply had some bad luck. My assumption is that there are some quality control issues, or perhaps inferior electronics have been used in construction. Perhaps if I returned it and exchanged for new, the replacement controller will be perfectly fine. I will not be taking the risk again, though; going to shell out the extra cash and try to buy a brand name controller.

Controller was a controller overall, works as intended. the only reasons I gave it a 3 star is just because the controller I received kept vibrating if I plugged it in the ps2, but I cut off the motors anyways, no biggie, just no dualshock. im not sure if it was the ps2 or the controller but as long as it works it works. also, the connection to the ps2 got me worried a bit and I didnt know you actually had to push it hard for the port to connect and the controls to fully function, a midway connection may turn on the analog light and vibrations, but buttons will not respond. Overall, is it cheap? well yes, but did I get it working, also yes. So it’s a win-win👍 also feels like a ps2 controller as well by the way, light and simple old buttons.

Très bonne manette , aucun soucis de fonctionnement , néanmoins je l’ai reçu avec une broche en moins , je n’ai actuellement aucun soucis , mais ne sait on jamais !

Ich spiele aktuell wieder häufiger PS2-Spiele und brauchte deshalb einen zusätzlichen Controller. Ich habe den Controller an meiner PS2 mit mehreren Spielen getestet und war positiv überrascht. Die Eingaben werden direkt umgesetzt und ich konnte keine Verzögerung feststellen. Die Verarbeitung fühlt sich gut an und vom Spielgefühl her ist er kaum von einem originalen PS2-Controller zu unterscheiden. Tasten und Analogsticks funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Controller wird nach dem Einstecken sofort von der PS2 erkannt, ganz ohne Einrichtung. Für den Preis ein wirklich guter Ersatzcontroller. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden.
