Great bra for gymnastics because it is not a crossback and hides under gymnastics Leo’s.

the straps are great--comfortable and easy to adjust velcro. i love that it's easy to get on and off. one star off because i prefer something that flattens my chest more...i'm a D, and got a C...not sure if a B would be better.

I like that it's able to make tighter or lower at the shoulders great for my pump chest and back days when I may need the extra room. The band has 3 loops with 3 options for fit. I do have to add pads because there isn't much padding and my nipples will poke through but thats all sports bras for me, unfortunately. I do wear sweetheart when I work out sobi was already prepared for it my waist band to stain it a little because it's white but it did wash right put which was nice. Anything white I have for work out I do soak for at 30 mins in oxiclean. Its a life saver. This bra is a wonderful material too great price. Worth it.
