My first robot vacuum ever!! AWESOME!!
The media could not be loaded. Â So I never ever had a robotic vacuum before and truly didn't know what to expect!! I was just looking for some budget friendly one with WiFi and app operated and... these one popped-up in my Amazon search! I wasn't so sure about it as it still have just few reviews, but... I decided to give it a try (can't afford other more well known brands and this Lefant seemed a good competitor at the time I did my research!)Let me tell you something - it works!! I mostly have a hard wood floor (which is the easiest to clean) and was afraid it won't be able to switch to the carper, but it did it without any issues!!! Again, I don't know how other brands works but this little one made me smile today!! It cleaned up all hardwood area and the carpet as well getting stuck only because on my kitty, who btw loves to catch the side brushes!! :) The app notified me about that right away so I could react and bring the vacuum on the route and letting it got back to the base!! Easy breezy!! :)[I was surprised that it didn't get stuck on my cables which are all over the house and many other things lying on the floor including my cat's food mat or his toys - hats off for that]I'm still only not sure about the suction power as I didn't get any response yet to my question I asked last nigh - is it real 2200Pa or maybe just1800Pa??!! But it doesn't matter now since the vacuum is already in my house doing its job really well!!It's quiet enough for me and definitely works with my kitty fur!! On the carpet as well!! And my kitty loves it (just check the video :) )Only one drawback I noticed... it's getting dirty very quick!! And nope - I'm not talking about the bin (which is obvious catching all dirt and my pet's hair) but he vacuum itself underneath. Nothing that I can't handle and I bet all robotic vacuums are like that!! So no worries!!Will be posting my updates if there is something wrong for sure!! For now - I love it and.. I'm thinking about purchasing the model with the feature mop as well!! We will see - I need to learn this one first!! :)Highly recommended if you are looking for something cheaper and which does the job as you expected!! Seriously, no need to pay more for Roomba when you can get this one ( LEFANT M520) in reasonable price and have your house cleaned!! Give it a try - it's worth to do it!!

Wish the Suction was STRONGER. Overall Good performance.
When you first get the Vacuum and use "Smart" mode it starts out slow, its going to take time to learn your new place possibly even one to two weeks at most. THEN it starts to clean efficiently with speed unlike when you first start it in "Smart" mode and again given time it starts to find its charging station more efficiently as well, at first it will struggle to get there and look very clumsy doing so. Overall cant beat it for the price. i got this on sale for 169$ That's a Bargain! Just wish the suction was a bit stronger (YES even When I set it to high suction mode I still wish it was stronger) but it still gets the job done adequately, and it still picks up more dust, hair and dirt than I ever did vacuuming by hand.

Vacuum first
If you haven't vacuumed in awhile, do that before you let this guy run. Because it picks up everything, eventually. Running only six minutes, it picked up a ton of dog hair, and mostly because we hadn't vacuumed the carpet in a few weeks. Time will tell how it does overall, but we're excited to not have to fight with crumbs and stuff.UPDATE: I moved its position twice from the original location. The first location was too constricted and it could not find a clear way out before giving up and pouting. The second location was met with similar results, but it did work a bit better. Now that I've had it "parked" in my front hallway for a couple of weeks, it has easily mapped the house and has been doing a great job of covering the entire floor. I've been running it overnight, which is great because it is SUPER QUIET, and on successive nights it is using a different pattern to navigate the front hall, back hall, and living room, as well as the dining room and kitchen. Don't get frustrated if your unit doesn't start figuring out your house right away. Give it at least a week to map everything out and get familiar with your layout. It's worth the wait. Oh, also, don't leave any areas open where it can get "stuck," because while it does try for up to a minute to try to get out of it, logic does not tell it to "back straight out the way you came in." :)Also, Yorkies hate this thing. Just FYI.

Updated review Lefant vacuum after 4 months use
Update: it starts at night when I’m sleeping not sure why, I have to turn it off from my IPhone. That is an inconvenience, it has a manual off button on the side but battery should be charged to be ready for the next cleaning cycle I usually start the robot in the mornings.Older review :Initially could not link it to my Wi-fi, I have an iPhone and was using the barcode to download the application. The barcode is intended for Androids. The one that works for iPhone does not have a barcode you need to input manually the application (it is specified on the instructions). After down loading the correct application it worked real well, the suction power I found much stronger than my previous robot (Mooka). I have old hardwood floors and the crack between the boards are uneven, this Lefant picked up dirt that my older robot could not pull. It slowly maps your floor area (not sure if this mapping has consequences other than displaying the area it has cleaned), it shows time square feet cleaned and battery life. One downside, it started to work at 2:30 AM on its own but has an off button on the machine itself and on the application. I have used for about a month and it hasn't started again on its own so far.I would buy it again to replace older robot.
