Extremely thin - can’t even really call it a mat. It’s thinner than a cheap throw rug - like a very cheap piece of indoor/outdoor carpet but not as sturdy. Very disappointing especially with the Odessey name on it. I thought that would count for something but it doesn’t. I’ll putt on it for a few days to give it a chance but I’m very skeptical. Seems like a cheap Chinese imitation practice mat to me. Measures around 3.5mm thick and that’s being generously easy on it. The caliper can easily squeeze it down to 2mm. Wow. Claims from Callaway: High quality surface simulates real green - False High quality eliminates folds and creases - False I can putt on it but it seems like a waste of time. The wrinkles prevent it from laying out flat and the surface is nothing like a green. Any old piece of used carpet would be just as good, or maybe even better. If I could give this a lower rating than one star I would. It’s in the minus category as far as I’m concerned.

This mat is relatively inexpensive, but works fine. The inclines at each end operate to keep most putts on the mat. If you buy this, you should add your own backstop to stop puts that you hit too hard. (I just found a way to put an empty mailing tube along the back edge.) The mat itself lies flat one you position it. It is worth it to pull it tight initially and put something heavy on the ends overnight when you first set it up. (And maybe even spray some wrinkle remover on it if it was packed clumsily.) Balls that go in the hole tend to stop at the front of the cup, abd can affect later putts. I use a small shim so they roll to the back. There is no automatic ball return, but that is a good thing - those are clumsy, tilt the mat too much and also narrow it. IMHO, a 10' mat is great, but you might only have space for an 8' one if you intend to leave it out all the time. Happy I bought this.

It is thin. Barely touching it causes waves. You're constantly fighting to straighten it out, because it's so thin.

I used this mat and it is good. However it’s probably 10-12 on stimp meter. When I went to play on my course , putts were short of the hole by 2-3” . For very fast greens it’s good.

I have no idea how to rate this. I would say it is a good quality. I have no complaints except it seemed expense for what it is. My 11 year old son has been entertained for hours over the summer and my husband is happy that his son is now into putting. I happy that my son isn’t complaining of boredom as much now! We put it in the garage for lack of a good space and so balls didn’t cause damage to the house.

Very nice putting mat, packaging was top notch, no creases or anything, just take out, lay on floor, and start putting.

Great product, easy to use indoors, helps gain accuracy with putting.

O tapete não ficava flat no chão, mesmo depois de dias esticados no meu chão, o tapete permanecia ondulado e impossivel de usar. Foi melhor usar o tapete da minha sala de jantar.

Liegt schön glatt und gibt tatsächlich ein realistisches Gefühl beim Putten.

For the price and the portrayed quality, I was not expecting what came out of the box: an item that’s clearly unfit for purpose and unusable… the backing has separation bubbles from the “green” and the whole thing feels like a giant length of felt that’s beyond its use period. Even the sponge inserts seem crumbly as if they’ve been exposed to extreme temperatures or are so old that it’s beyond its use period. I’m annoyed I’ve wasted time waiting for this product and am now going to deal with the hassle of returning it. It simply should not have been sent in that state - and it’s clearly replaced/used!
