Very sturdy & stable
Very sturdy and stable. A little heavier than I expected but I'm pleased with this purchase. It did take several weeks to arrive, I almost cancelled but since I wasn't in a hurry I waited and am glad I did.

Great height
Perfect height. I am very short and 2 steps caused me to stand on my tip toes to change the air filters at the top of my stairs. Now I can easily reach and the top bar handles help me to stay balanced.

I am poor. There, I said it. I was THIS close to buying a way cheaper step ladder on Temu or something, but I owned this in the last state I lived in before I relocated and it disappeared during the move, and I loved this ladder. So, I spent the money and I’m glad I did. I’m not a small person (read: fat) and I also have vertigo, so getting on any ladder freaks me out for more than one reason.This ladder didn’t make me lose weight or cure my vertigo, but when im on it im not worried about it sliding around or breaking under my weight.Yes, it’s heavy, but that’s a sign of being well built. Show me a ladder that weighs nothing and I’ll show you a ladder that’ll break right under you.

Handy But Quite Heavy For Its Size
We’ve had a plastic folding two-step stool that we’ve used for years. But there are times we need a bit more reach and would rather not have to lug a step ladder in from the garage. This 3-step stool does just what we need. Its height allows plenty of reach and the hand-hold offers stability and safety. It folds down compactly so it’s easy to stow it away in our laundry room. The only negative is that it’s a bit heavy for its size, but that definitely adds to its sturdiness.
