This is easily one of my favorite kitchen accessories. I use it several times a week, particularly for making hash brown cubes from potatoes, and it performs beautifully every time. The blade slices through potatoes with ease, making meal prep quick and effortless. What really sets this apart from other kitchen tools, like traditional mandolins, is how safe it is to use. I no longer have to worry about accidentally slicing my fingers, which is a real concern with most mandolins. In fact, it’s safe enough for my 12 and 13-year-olds to use, which is a huge bonus for getting them involved in meal prep. Another great feature is how easy it is to clean. Cleanup is quick and straightforward, which is a big plus in any busy kitchen. We all know that the harder something is to clean, the less likely we are to use it, so the simple maintenance of this tool makes it a go-to in my kitchen. As for long-term durability, time will tell how well the blade holds up, but so far it’s doing an amazing job. It also offers multiple slicing options at a fraction of the price of its competitors, making it an incredible value for anyone looking to make food prep easier and safer. I admire well engineered products and this is a well engineered product. I purchased this mandolin to make baked (purple - Stokes) sweet potato chips; I used to hand slice the potatos. Traditional mandolins don't seem safe to me because your hand is either exposed, or semi-exposed to the blade. Not so, with this device. I felt very safe using it to make thin (controllable thickness) slices, without wasting potato at the end of the job to protect my hands. I felt I had full control over the thickness of the slices. Clean up was easy. Most countertop appliances have no suction and are unstable or too much suction and can't easily be removed from the counter. The suction cups on this device are right in the Goldilocks range, just right. Before purchasing I was a bit confused, even after watching the vendor's video, about the two control nobs, 1 and 2, on the back of the device. There are two separate slicer blades and blade set A alternates with blade set B. One knob controls blade set A and one is for blade set B. If both sets are raised your veges will be very thinly sliced (strips, think julienned slicing); with one set raised (either A or B) your slices will be wider. With both sets lowered you will get full chips, which matches my settings for chips. Another pre-sales concern: how much effort does it take to slice. Not much, it should be easy for an elderly person to slice away. One post-sale confusing item: It took me a while to figure out how to release the slicing handle/plunger. You have to twist to release, or twist to lock. The plunger can't be moved if locked. Overall, this product saves me time, produces a superior sliced chip that is very consistent in size, is safer to use than a hand knife or a traditional mandolin and is easy to clean. How good is that?

This product really makes cutting and cooking fun! The blade is sharp and effective, and it makes meal prep so much easier — especially for chopping potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and other vegetables. The build quality feels very solid and well-made. The only downsides I’ve noticed are that cleaning the blade isn’t very easy, and bits of food often get stuck underneath the moving part. I wish it could be fully disassembled for more thorough cleaning. I’ve never tried putting it in the dishwasher, so I can’t comment on that aspect. Another minor issue is the container capacity — it fills up pretty quickly, and sometimes you’ll find diced pieces falling onto the table before you realize it’s full. On the bright side, the suction cups on the bottom keep it firmly in place while cutting, which is a huge plus. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It’s sharp, sturdy, and makes kitchen prep much easier!

I make stir fry a lot! This gadget performs precisely for my prep saving me a great amount of time. First time use was a bit slow due to not being familiar with the process, but very easy to understand with more than adequate instructions (video and written). I see as a new user that familiarity with use will make this product an absolutely essential in the kitchen!

Safe, sharp, really easy to use. Considering gifting this to friend that has arthritis. It really is a time saver.

So far so good..looks to be made well. Used it to cut matchstick carrots. Pretty easy.. Clean up was quick and easy. There was mentioned of an upgrade which had some nice features.The upgrade has a larger collection bin with a cover which was nice. Be aware that the upgrade only slices and does not Julienne, which was important to me. Glad I didn’t make a mistake and ordered the upgraded model.

It's a simple, basic unit that can handle most the tasks you thought you wanted a mandoline for but... It's small so you'll have to cut foods into chunks that will fit into its feed chute. Everything they could get away with is made of hard plastic so don't expect a long life of regular use from this. It's more of an inexpensive way to find out if you'll actually use a mandoline enough to justify buying a good sturdy one.

My son decided he’d be farmer Joe this summer and grow a garden. We have a lot of produce. Which on one hand is great since we don’t have to worry about the poo poo parasite currently in grocery store veggies, but I’m having to cook, freeze, and dehydrate veggies like ma Ingalls and this makes that so much faster. It’s also very nice for the dehydrater since all the veggies are the exact same thickness drying time is similar rather than picking off done one and putting thicker ones back on. It’s sharp, it’s stable, and stores nicely. Cleaning it is a bit of a pain, but considering how much chopping it saves me and gives me even slices, I’m not complaining.

The product seems like a good value until you get it and you realize you bought something you can't clean without destroying. Comes with no instructions and the cheap plastic parts break almost immediately upon touch.

When I opened the box, the cleaning brush 🖌️ was missing. Please arrange it.

There are no proper instructions and it doesn’t work as described. Totally disappointed

Je cherchais une mandoline pour faire de fines tranches. Finalement avec cette mandoline, je peux trancher, régler l'épaisseur de la tranche..mais aussi faire des juliennes de légumes et des petits dés (pratique pour des petites pommes de terre rissolées par exemple). Avec la fonction bâtonnets vous pouvez faire des frites, elles sont petites mais c'est rapide. J'ai pu aussi couper des tranches de saucisson sec vite fait. Appareil super d'autant plus qu'il ne nécessite pas d'électricité et n'est pas dangereux pour les doigts :)
