Condor Flex Mesh Cap, Black + Flag & Warrior Patch, Fitted Tactical Operator Hat

My husband bought this hat because he was wanting a tactical hat that he could change the patches on. This one has great reviews, so we bought it. First, the product is as described in the pictures, and arrived in the time stated. It is also very well made with heavy & sturdy material. HOWEVER... the s/m is not a typical s/m hat. It's VERY shallow. He has always worn s/m hats (across a multitude of brands) and they fit him perfect. Usually his hats are too big for me (I'm 5'2" 108 lbs petite), wear hats in boys sizes, and this hat fit me perfect. The shape of the front of the hat is funny too. It looks like he has horns on his head when he has the hat on. It could be bc it's too small, but I don't think that would change the overall structure. The American flag patch is thick rubber, so it doesn't have enough flexibility to stick to the curvature of the hat. The "warrior" patch is sewn fabric so it sticks better, but it's too small for the velcro. I have attached photos of all these things. He was so excited about this hat, then was really disappointed when it didn't fit/look good. We will be returning, and looking for a different one. Just another Amazon fail... nobody's fault, it happens from time to time!

Love this cap, although a little tight for a 7 3/4” XL head. But, it has a deep crown, very well made, has a nice “tactical” look and feel. LOVE that you can have 3 different patches. Flag size in front, name plate on back, and a 1”x1” square section where the top button normally would be. ALSO comes with a nice tactical PVC American flag patch, an embroidered “warrior” patch where a name can also be place. Overall, a great buy.

I'm tall and have a large head - typically 7 5/8 fitted size but most caps are too shallow. I got this in size XL and the depth is perfect and the stretch band is very comfortable. I got this cap to mount a hat cam to and it's perfect. I'm ordering another for general use.

The quality of the "Condor Flex Mesh Cap," is great and fit is fantastic. I have purchased the FlexFit BB caps for years. A few days ago, I tried this hat on in a military surplus store (hat was brand new) and I couldn't believe it, the hat fit better than my FlexFit hats!! My cranium is large 5 7/8's and when I put this on, I couldn't believe the comfort. I was visiting in town and I couldn't get over the comfortable fit. We were on the road and I wanted to go back and purchase a few more but didn't. I just jumped online and ordered two more.

Not very happy with this hat! After a couple weeks of use it has become uncomfortable and has not held up well at all to normal (light) daily wear . The stitching has already started to seperate from the panels and the crown/panels are misshapen (see pic). Now the inside sweatband has wrinkled for some reason and is very uncomfortable on my forehead because of it (See pic). I was really happy the first couple days wearing it, but have become very unhappy with it after the first couple days. I had hoped for better quality but i was sorely let down.

The best part about the experience was that it got to me EARLY! The hot is awesome. I bought it because of my location at work, it’s easily over 90 degrees on a daily basis with very little shade and I figured the mesh would allow airflow while helping avoid my face from getting sunburnt. It definitely did. The front Patch is PVC sand the rear is just a regular one. There’s a 1”x1” on top but no patch for that. It fit perfectly and I wear a 7 3/8 new era fitted cap, no issues. This hat has a solid mesh back which is just what I wanted, different colors won’t necessarily have the solid back so make sure you read the descriptions. Awesome buy and I’ll definitely buy again.

Good quality trucker hat and fit my narrow head perfectly (small/med). I may remove the velcro trip on the back as its not necessary for me to display a patch back there. I've read complaints about the rubber American flag that comes with the hat and I don't find anything wrong with it. It's a structured hat thats heavier than Im used to but I'm ok with that.

I love the color, weight and the fit. I bought different patches so I can switch once in a while,👍🏾 FYI... the back has the Velcro that you can put anything you wantText style.. it is longer for those of you with a lot to say. I’ve read that some folk don’t like the extra space but it’s ok. It comes with the Warrior patch , I liked it.

excelente calidad 100% recomendada, bastante cómoda para EDC, me agarro una ligera lluvia y a pesar de traer malla transpirable no me moje ni la gorra se sentía mojada ni húmeda, cubre perfectamente el sol sin ser estorbosa ya que es bastante ligera.
