Buyers beware- if you want to lift heavy, don't be an idiot- buy a 2" bar. 1" bars just can't handle heavy weights.But anyways, I got the 2", 6', 30 pound bar. It's holding up pretty much fine when I load it up with 300lb. The only thing I've seen wrong with it is that there's slight indentation on one of the sides where my heaviest plates sit. Not sure if this is from the plates, but I didn't notice until I'd lifted with this for a while.Regardless, this is a good deal for its price and I'd recommend.

Initially ordered the item over a month ago. The bar came with 2 clips. The bar was fine, 1/2 clips were unfinished, which left sharp metal shavings that caused small minor cuts. This was not even the issue. I was informed that a 2nd package was supposed to come by the end of the day which would have the 85lbs of plates. The weights never came. After many discussions with amazon, I waited to see if the package would arrive. There was never any updates and the item expected date was continuously extended. I saw that the item was available and after about a month decided to cancel the replacement order and just reorder the item. It's been 12 days and no updates on shipping. To my surprise, I see that the item description [Signature Fitness Cast Iron Olympic 2-Inch Weight Plates Including 7FT Olympic Barbell, 130-Pound Set (85 Pounds Plates + 45 Pounds Barbell), Multiple Packages, Style #7] remains the same but the image of the items has changed. I'm just annoyed at this point, it's been about a month and a half and I guess I was just foolishly waiting. Hoping for some resolution.

I got the 6 foot 2-inch bar and on the scale, it weights around 26.8 lbsit is solid with knurled grips and ribbed plate holders so they don't slide off easily. it also came with two spring claps and that was a surprise as I did not see that in the description.overall a good bar. only 4 stars because of the price. honestly, Academy had a very similar bar for less.

Been using this for almost two months and it has been flawless. I have limited space at home to work out and the 6 ft bar is just right for me being 6 ft tall. I can get a very wide grip for bench pressing if I want to.Weight for the bar is 33.4 lbs. if anyone is wondering.Only complaints is the bar wasn’t packaged the best and the packaging tube did come ripped. I could tell someone tried to tape it up, but I was expecting this as it was mentioned in other reviews and also happened to my curl bar. But, after a thorough visual inspection and test of the bearings in the bar, there were no defects to be found.

Received this bar about two weeks ago and am totally satisfied with the purchase. Bar is steady and the grips are great. Max use so far is between 200-250lbs and have experienced no problems. My 20 year old son was disappointed at first because it was not 45lbs, but after a few days of use he told me how nice a bar this actually is.

I have been looking for a 35lbs bar for such a long time and was so happy to see this on amazon! It is a great value for the money. It came so quickly and was very carefully packaged. I got to use it for the first time this morning...and already feel the good sore coming on!

The packaging was broken and all taped up. The bar itself is scratched up. I want to return but the packaging couldn’t be salvaged. The bar itself is very sturdy and well made. Not happy with the thought that I have to keep this damaged bar.

Great bar. Weighed it and it's exactly right. Decent price, especially compared to what's out there right now. I would highly recommend.Only thing I caution you about...measure your squat rack. I ordered the six foot bar, which is way big enough... however the distance between the stoppers where the plates butt up against. Basically a waste for me because the stoppers are the exact spot when my pegs come out of the squat rack. So cannot use it.Will be a floor deadlift bar i guess.

one of the best purchase I made on amazon for my gym. it's a very good product and it's way cheaper than at other gym stores.

J'hésitais beaucoup à me procurer une barre, considérant le prix et le fait que je ne la vois pas en commandant en ligne. Mais je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat! Excellent rapport qualité/prix! C'est dans le moins cher que j'ai trouvé, avec livraison incluse, et la qualité est parfaite. La barre ne pèse pas 45 lbs, mais en connaissance de cause, il suffit d'ajuster les poids qu'on rajoute et c'est parfait. La barre était bien emballée, reçue en bon état et elle semble solide. Nous avons testé avec 2 plates de 45 et tout va comme ça devrait. Bref, n'hésitez pas!

Great quality for the price! the fact that it has brass bushings is great for doing deadlifts where shock is a factor and the warranty is a bonus! Great customer service !

Goood value for money - I bought the 2inch 6ft. It’s good!The comfort - I just don’t like how the grips are so far apart, but I should have paid attention to that when I got it. Though be warned!! I didn’t realize that brand new bars come covered in oil, so when I took it out of the plastic I had a big slippery surprise lol.
