Looks very expensive waiting on Christmas to use it

This is such a lovely piece. Well made, very "jolly", and really provides a Christmas spirit boost!

I have bought Kurt S. Adler in the past and the quality was much better. This one is very disappointing. Music box can barely be heard. The majority of it is rubber. Definitely Not worth the money I spent.

I was looking for something fairly specific and this fit my needs. The pictures look great, but the actual product looks OK. The ribbon (reins) are held in place by a small dab of glue. A couple of places will need to be reglued. Part of the snow dusting on the sleigh and Santa's hat look more like smeared glue. As others have mentioned, the box was a bit beat up when it arrived. I will repack it into something else to prevent damage. I decided not to return it. I plan to use it in a place where visitors will not be able to get to close to look at details. I was hoping to write a more positive review because I liked the design and Kurt Adler's work in general.

I love it, but it had a couple of small metal disc's that fell off inside the box, that went on the reindeer bridle. It didn't have all the Styrofoam packing, and they used brown paper instead and i thinkit knocked them off. It mayhave been a returned item?

I love Kurt Adlers Santa collection. The craftmanship is amazing I have been collecting his santas and nutcrackers for years. I probably own 24 pieces between santas and nutcrackers.
