Fits the systems and for less than most other places. It will keep my filter running for at least two bulb changes. The starter is pretty important for the bulb. I've found that not changing the starter makes the new bulb not last as long.

Have found the less expensive units are economically feasible compared to more expensive big-name brands. Having purchased both price ranges over years for my air-filtration device, the Less.expensive burn out faster but not significantly so. I always replace ballast with bulb and chose to purchase ballast and light bulb as package and with my 'prime' shipping could no beat this combined package.

didn't look exactly like the items in my fresh air purifier, but they fit and seem to be working as they are suppose to.
