Worked well. I had to go online & follow along with a YouTube video but once I found the right video it was super easy. 5 minute fix. Be sure to find a video for your model #. Also, I'm in no way saying this product comes with a video, I searched for one.

I ordered this keyboard as a replacement for the keyboard on my Toshiba Satelite which had stopped working. After replacing the keyboard with this one, the keys felt fine at first but eventually started to feel weird and stiff. But after a while, the keyboard failed to work altogether and now needs to be replaced again.

Installation went smoothly. Occasionally the keys seem to lag or not register sometimes. For the price I would still consider it worth it. 4 Stars

Great product, fits my laptop exactly like the OEM keyboard. Works like new. And the shipping? It arrived about 3 days earlier than I was estimated, so A+++ for the awesome product and service. If I need any more computer parts, this is where I will be searching.

I rated this five stars because I didn't have to mess with it to get it to work. No filing tabs or having to reform anything. It just slipped in and worked. Which makes daddy happy.

Purchased this Aug. 29, 2018 and worked great until mid December. Keys stopped responding, had to wait to make sure it typed each letter. Don't buy. Having to order another one from another vendor.
