Doesn't work
Plugged in and wouldn't work. IMPOSSIBLE to remove. Had to break base and gouge out to remove. Two others from original mfr. worked fine. One star is overrated.

Not an exact replacement for the BIO SHIELD UV-C AIR SANITIZER SYSTEM
The BIO SHIELD UV-C AIR SANITIZER SYSTEM comes with an 18" bulb. This appears to be a 12" bulb. I am not sure if the wattages or voltages between the 12" and 18" are the same. The BUVAS-1-RL UV-C UV bulb is the only one I can find that is 18".
