It really helps me to calm down. I have anxiety so i just bring it with and every time I’m feeling anxious it helps me to calm my nerves.

First one stopped at 2 days
It says on the package up to 400 puffs but the first one stopped after 2 days. The light blinks when u inhale but nothing else happens. So disappointed with the first one.
