Q: what size pillow case would you order for the standard/queen pillow, a standard size or a queen size?

I use a standard size pillow case on my pillow with no problem.

Q: Is ice fiber, fiber glass or a special polyester blend?

I would say it must be polyester blend or something because it’s definitely not fiberglass. Very soft cloth feeling. Very nice and somehow very cool.

Q: Is it advisable to put this pillow in a zippered pillowcase cover before inserting it in your regular pillowcase? Will that stop the coolness

I have two of these pillows. I always put all of my pillows in a zippered pillow case to protect them from staining. The coolness doesn’t stay whether they are covered or not. When you touch it with your hand it may feel cool but normal body heat warms it and it does not feel cold through the night.
