Nexus 7 Case, JETech Slim-Fit Case Cover for Google Nexus 7 2013 Tablet w/Stand and Auto Sleep/Wake Function (Black)

This is a very nice case for your 2013 Nexus 7. Case fits very snug, and have a nice feel to it. I like the magnetic close feature that turns the screen off.I also enjoyed the feature where the back folds onto itself in a triangle of sorts to provide a "kick stand" like feature to prop up the tablet so you can use it hands free to watch movies and whatnot. Very handy indeed. This part also has a magnet so it stays secure. Everything about this case is great.I only wished my tablet didn't stop working a day after I bought it so I could keep using this case!I highly recommend this case. It's simple, inexpensive, and does the job.

I've had a MoKo Ultra Slim Lightweight Smart-shell Stand Case on my Nexus 7 for about a year, but the magnets keep falling out, and it's starting to show a lot of wear and tear. I saw the JETech® Gold Slim-Fit Smart Case Cover for under $10, and decided to give it a try. It is well worth the price. It is very similar to the MoKo case. It is slightly thinner and lighter, and offers a little less protection around the ports and switches. The MoKo has small cutouts for each switch/port, and the JETech® has much larger cutouts around the entire area. It's not a big deal though. The cover hinge on the JETech® is thinner too which makes me wonder if it will last long. The "Smart" function works perfectly. Using it as a stand is a little wobbly, but I have no intention of doing so anyway. One thing I like much more on the JETech® is that the inside of the cover is dark gray, almost black. On the MoKo case, it is light gray and looks awful after a short period of use from all the dirty and oil on the screen.If you you're looking for a cheap, lightweight, minimal protection case, you can't beat this one for the price.

Purchased this case for the 2013 Nexus 7. I've not had a slim case like this before, so my opinions may be a bit biased, but here goes:* The case snaps easily on to the device, and aligns nicely. The plastic backer feels solid and grips the tablet securely. Has a nice felt lining.* The front of the case is a flap, It feels a bit flimsy to me, and I wonder if I will be replacing it after a couple of years of usage. The magnetic strip secures it adequately to the front of the device window. The auto sleep/wake feature works as expected.* It took a few seconds to figure out how to get it to act as a stand for the device, but it does the job. Would be nice if it had more than one angle.* It is easy to remove the device from the case, if needed.In all, for the price this is certainly a decent case,and will protect your device from bumps and scratches. The cutouts are spot on for the speakers, buttons and camera. It's much less bulky compared to the case I used for my previous tablet, due to the very thin front cover. If you are budget minded and want a decent case for your tablet that is super-thin, making the tablet easy to carry, then this is the case for you.

This is a superb case for the Google Nexus 7 (2013 edition). It is light, inexpensive, and works well. A small magnetic clasp holds the lid shut when not in use; to use it, you simply fold the case along the creases so the Nexus will stand upright (and you can two it in two ways, giving two different angles of use). This design is very much like most of the many cases available for the iPad and other Android devices, but it is so inexpensive, and the quality appears to be high enough to withstand a couple of years of normal use before anything starts to give way. It's available in a handful of colors. I'm using the black one. When you look at price, functionality, and lightness (and this thing is pretty light; it doesn't add much weight to your device at all) it's nothing but a five star item.

This is a good case. It has cutouts in all the right places, closes with a magnet which also turns off the light on the tablet, has hard protective corners, it's comfortable to hold and feels nice. The top flap folds up backwards to create a stand in landscape mode for viewing videos or whatever, or by tilting the tablet backward slants it for better viewing than lying flat, It can also be stood up like an open book in portrait mode to video chat or whatever.One thing I ended up having problems with was when I washed it and discovered it would not dry unless it was placed in hot direct sunlight for several days. When I would think the case was dry and put it back on the tablet I would discover after a couple of days that the tablet was not working as it should, from moisture was my guess, so back to drying it again. Took a long time before it was ok to keep it on the tablet. Of course, washing the case is not a usual need (and probably not recommended) so likely not an issue people would run into, but avoid getting it wet.I have been rather clumsy with my tablet, unfortunately, and have dropped it so many times the case has chipped where one of the magnets was and one after the other both magnets eventually fell out so it no longer closes properly. It is definitely good protection when dropped, though now that the magnets are gone it has opened up when dropped and the tablet screen has a rather deep scratch in it, fortunately in the margin.I only gave 3 stars because aesthetically I don't care for the look or the color, but the function is fine.

Overall, the case is really nice. I have the 2nd Gen Nexus 7 and it fits perfectly. All the buttons are easily accessible, the magnetic closure works well to keep the screen covered, and the device wakes up every time it's opened. It isn't a case that is designed to withstand major impacts or extreme conditions but does a great job keeping the tablet safe and scratch-free in my briefcase.The only downfall is that the case does not allow the tablet to be set up vertically very easily. It can be done but it's a little sketchy and certainly not designed for it. Also, when the case is folded back, it sticks out on one side making it slightly hard to hang onto. This problem disappears if you just fold it in, then you have a great little handle to hold onto.The price is good and the product is really nice so a big thumbs up from me.

Premetto che il prodotto dalle foto risulta leggermente usurato a causa dell'uso intenso che ne faccio da quando è arrivato il prodotto. Il materiale è davvero ottimo per il prezzo del prodotto. Da quando è giunta nelle mie mani, come ho già detto, è rimasta appiccicata al mio Nexus7 tale da essere diventato un tutt'uno quasi. Le caratteristiche più importanti sono: il ridottissimo peso della cover e la sua praticabilità. Non da alcun impaccio, aderisce perfettamente al tablet e nell'inclinazione non da alcun problema di stabilità. Dopo un paio di cadute è quasi del tutto illesa la cover e ancora meno leso è il N7 presente al suo interno durante l'impatto (disgraziatamente). In conclusione è veramente un ottimo prodotto per il prezzo con cui viene venduto.

Después de más de un año de uso intensivo desde que la compré, la funda esta totalmente perfecta, no se ha roto por ningún lado ni se ha puesto fea y los imanes de cierre siguen en su sitio. Encaja a la perfección con la tablet y la protege muy bien.

Looks good...so far. Hopefully it will stand up to daily use. Fits well, front cover folds nicely back into a triangular shape that make a simple handle which I find helps when reading an eBook. Internal magnet locks the cover in place when folded back in triangular shape. All ports and controls are accessible. Lots of clearance for the speakers.

Fits well, looks good and is excellent value for money.There was a problem with it initially. The auto sleep/wake function was very hit-and-miss - sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. This was disappointing since it's one of the main reasons for having a cover in the first place.I did some research ... Googling reveals that the magnetic sensor that controls this function is on the lower left side of the tablet - a bit of experimenting with a magnet locates the precise spot. This case has a magnet at the corresponding point in the flap. OK so far. The problem was that the flap - perhaps because it was new and a bit stiff - didn't always lie flat against the tablet (see image). This holds the magnet just far enough away from the sensor to stop it working - sometimes.I guessed that the flap just needed a bit of loosening up, so I left it folded for a ​​​​while with a weight on it (see other image). Voila, problem solved.With this fixed it's perfect. Recommended.
