DJI Osmo Bike Mount

Great quality!! Works as intended and if you think you stilll get too much shake with it I recommend getting the z-axis..no shakes for me. Good product here.

Although i haven't test this offroad, this product support the osmo very well. With the shock absorber, your video will not jello.

I bought this to use with my DJI OM 4 gimbal. I felt clever combining it with the Ring Clamp Adapter by Atoptek that I also purchased on amazon. The combination worked well to put the gimbal where I wanted it. Unfortunately though, the general concept of getting stable video from a bike with this gimbal and this mount just doesn't work. I mounted it to the bars of my bike to record rides in the local park. If you had a perfectly smooth surface, maybe you'd get good results. With a bumpy surface, the built in shock absorber spring just ends up amplifying the bumps. Regardless, you end up with super bumpy looking video. Also, I'm not convinced that the OM4 is capable of getting usable video if you're using it hands free on a mount like this. I ride constantly twisting and turning roads and the gimbal would just wander left or right because it didn't know what to focus on.

I try it out on my hike. It did hold up better then I though. It did not cut off Osmo when I hit bumps and the camera did not move at all it was nice and straight while hitting bumps. I also did follow the advice from anther user on here that do suggest putting a tie wrap around the bike mount shock spring section.

There's no real reviews so I think I should chime in as I purchased my Osmo specifically to use with this attachment. While it does have a built in shock absorber, it only assists with the vertical movement, not the horizontal. I've used this with a road bike in an urban environment, and taken the bike through many different types of terrain and unfortunately the bike mount doesn't do a good enough job to be usable in combination with other Osmo footage. Shot from hand or a car it looks perfect, but once its on the bike it still picks up vibrations that you can clearly see. Even worse, the horizontal shock of hitting any kind of bump, even a tiny sidewalk crack, really jogs the camera and it looks just awful. Very similar to a GoPro when it's mounted to a bike. If you hit any kind of slightly major bump, the camera is thrown out of orientation and drops, completely defeated. The motors in the Osmo aren't strong enough to withstand any kind of impact so it just fails over and over. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that the build quality is that of the other DJI products. Except that 3 of the 4 screws holding the rosette in place fell out, on their own, lost forever, leaving the device unusable as the camera cannot stay attached.

Works great with JOBY PHONE MOUNTS

First, it jiggles so much that the OSMO shuts off-just the thing it was supposed to avoid, Then it does not grip well and slips-finally falls apart. Sadly, this is the only things that works with this model of OSMO.

La qualità si paga ma si vede tutta. Dopo diversi tentativi di soluzioni fai da te per ridurre le vibrazioni nel tantstivo di utilizzare un gimbal Xiaomi sulla mia bici ho risolto in maniera definitiva con questo supporto. Anelli in gomma di vario spessore per modificare i punti di ancoraggio, materiale di elevata qualità e presa, e un ammortizzatore integrato a molla che riduce di molto le micro vibrazioni e anche qualche buca di troppo. Ottima soluzione se volete sfruttare il vostro Gimbal senza passare alla GoPro. Se avete trovato la recensione utile cliccate sul tasto!

Die ersten Aufnahmen mit der DJI Osmo in Verbindung mit dem Bike Mount sind optimal (bisher allerdings noch keine Bergabfahrten durchgeführt). Das Anbringen an das Rad ist sehr einfach und das Bike Mount ist hochwertig verarbeitet und gut verpackt.

Excelente producto de muy buena fabricación e instalado correctamente (como dice el manual) funciona como dice, que si es verdad que el desplazamiento del pistón es mayor que la longitud del resorte y en oscilaciones muy grandes llegara a topar mecánicamente, esto rara vez ocurre si lo que quieres es montarla para dar un paseo, yo lo uso para montar un osmo mobile 2 con arm extensión cuando hago los paseos en bici por el parque y funciona muy bien se nota la diferencia entre colocarlo directo al manillar o con esta pieza
