Go for the bigger size!
This was much smaller than i expected,which is my own fault as a sourdough novice. I wanted to make an 8 inch loaf, and it didn't occur to me that this would be 8 inches at the top, and I'd have been better off with a 9 or 10 inch basket since my dough wouldn't fill it to thr top anyway. Good basket, but i wanted to warn other beginners of my silly mistake!

It's very sturdy, clean and perfect size for family loaves.
I just recieved my 11" Banneton basket in very good condition & arrived on time. To be Clear.. It Does Not Come With A Liner. I'll just use a linen sack towel for a liner. There were a few stray rough spots that I lightly sanded with fine grit sand paper to avoid possible splinters.I was nervous about it being huge but in seeing the reality of the size, it's an inch less than a 12" school ruler so no worries lol. It's very sturdy, clean and perfect size for family loaves.

I accidentally ordered this basket. It is smaller than I realized, but it may be a happy accident. It’s cute and petite.

It’s okay for the size:price
I needed this size, but even though I floured the the heck out of it, it sticks a lot compared to my other bannetons. I’ve only used it once so far.

Not Very East to Clean
It’s a good basket but not very easy to clean. The dough sticks and you have to really try to get it out. You need to use lots of flour for it not to stick.
