LOVE this in the pool and beach!

We own 4 of these which means we spent a lot of money. The chargers are magnetic with 5 tiny prongs and all 4 chargers have broken after about 6 months. So, go to contact the company to buy new chargers. It’s almost impossible but finally I get ahold of the Chinese based company and after 3 months I paid for two chargers at $89 for each.. both chargers have broken after 3 months and now the company will not respond to my emails asking how to either buy new chargers or help with their products that are failing. No other chargers will work for these scooters so they are useless now. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Easy to use, very light. Excellent customer service

Purchased two of these for our inground pool. One of them the right sided motor never did work. The other one the battery stopped charging (wouldn't hold a charge) after the first day of use. Then noticed that both of them wouldn't hold a charge. Terrible product! We used them according to directions and we were just super disappointed. Returned both for a full refund. Go with something else.

I've been using it for about a month and I want to complain because it doesn't charge.I don't know what to do on Amazon, so I can't even use it in my warehouse and it's still there.

I've had this for 2 years and I use it to help move me in my float tube. The grandkids love it for the pool....no problems 😊

We have had it for 2 summers and it won’t charge. My daughter only has used it less than 10 times in two years. I’m really disappointed honestly
