Due to medical issues, and certain medications and the wonderful change of life that women go through my hair was beginning to be seen everywhere. On my clothes, in the shower, on the floor, in my chair, in my bed, although I never had any persay bald spots; I certainly was loosing more than I care to admit. And seeing I have baby fine, thin, straight, can't do a dang thing with it hair no matter what you do with it. I ca get a perm and it fall out in 24 hrs on the top and leave me looking like a poodle on the sides; this thinning hair thing was becoming a major thing with me, and when I say major; I mean major. I can run my hand through my hair and I would have like no less than 5 strands of hair per hand; it was becoming problematic. I saw a dermatologist about it and was told to get biotin and take 5000mcg of it and look for a shampoo and conditioner that had it in it too. Well, I have tried several and frankly it really isn't in my budget to spend $20-30 per bottle on shampoo and then again for conditioner. Who can honestly really say they can spend $40-$60 on just shampoo and conditioner; and buy nothing else??? I did for a while, until I found this; and while it is cheaper, it is doing just as well for me at a lot less of a hit on my wallet. Thank you Nature's Gate for a product that is helping my hair, I have seen a dramatic improvement with my problem, and without going broke in the process. My wallet thanks you too.

I started looking for sulfate free, more natural hair products when I noticed more hair in the shower and brushes. I'm in my mid 50's and changes are inevitable. I ordered and tried so many different products, some better than others and most are higher in price so I did some searching and found this brand. I have been using both the shampoo and conditioner for over a year and it had been working very well on my hair fall and general, overall condition. I am pleased with the results. I leave the shampoo lather on for better absorption as I continue to shower. I like the clean tingling feeling. I condition my back and ends longer than my root area and this process has worked for me. It smells clean and a bit minty. I will continue to use these products because they work as promised and are cost effective.

There's a lot to say about this product. I've been using it for a few weeks now to see what i think of it. I'm not the biggest fan of the chemical minty smell of it. I can definitely say that it cleans my hair as the shampoo makes my hair feel literally squeaky clean in a stripped sort of manner. Thankfully the conditioner makes that weird feeling go away but it's so thick that I have to press the bottle against my leg to get it out. I bought this product in the hopes of getting thicker fuller hair. That hasn't happened. Oh well. It still cleans and does it's job, but is more expensive than a drug store product that could do the exact same thing, possibly better for my hair. I suppose it depends on the person.

I am very excited about this shampoo and conditioner combo. I was looking for something with biotin in it to help my hair growth (along with taking biotin gummies daily) and these cruelty-free products did more than I could have ever imagined. I have religiously used OGX in the past, but Nature's Gate just completely changed the game for me. I have only used this three times and can already see/feel a noticable difference in my hair. I have extremely dry and damaged hair from color-treating it so much over the years, but I can RUN my fingers through my hair (If you have damaged hair, you know the struggle can be SO real) and it feels so soft. I'm SO happy. A little product goes a long way too! Give this product a chance! You will not regret it.

I have been using these two for a few months now and I am overall pleased with it. The smell is great, the size is good for the price.However is it marketed for thinking hair and I do not think it has lessened the amount of hair that I lose when I do wash my hair, about one or two times a week.I did notice the overall health of my hair improve though. It is shinny and stronger, but still falls out about the same amount.If you are looking for a good and reasonably priced natural shampoo this is definitely a great option.

I’m not sure if this product claims to be good for color treated hair or not, but it definitely washed the color out of mine! Neither is very moisturizing and the shampoo seems to further dry my hair out. I like the smell, which is somewhat peppermint like. Odd because that’s not one of the listed ingredients. I give this 3 stars bc it has helped with growth after using a damaging shampoo. I have to follow up with a leave in conditioner after using though.

A nice shampoo and conditioner in their own right but not the same formula as before.The shampoo lathers well, and the conditioner is really nice and thick and conditions my hair well.A bit over priced I think and I preferred the old formula but overall this is still a good shampoo and conditioner combo and my hair remains healthy and shiny.

My hair was falling out by 1/3 loss. This shampoo & conditioner stopped it, made it thicker, & helped it grow back fast. I know for a fact because I cut off all my hair short that had not grown back yet. It's growing back thick & silky. I recommend using a small amount of conditioner, otherwise if you style after, it won't stay in well. But now I have very healthy, thick hair that seems to grow faster than before.
